Dr Ingram is great! I saw him through a referral through school and I was so excited when I found out he was in my new network’s insurance! I can never go back to manual adjustments after trying the activator. Dr Ingram is so nice and friendly and he thoroughly explains the whole procedure if you’re new. He even let my bf watch me get adjusted so he could understand and actually see the difference the adjustments make.

It seems like I only have to visit Dr. Ingram about once a year and it’s always about 3 days too late. My back and neck started hurting 3 days ago and this morning I called Ben at Dr. Ingram’s office. He said they were pretty booked but they would squeeze me in this morning. As usual, I walked in crooked and walked out straight. I’m still in a lot of pain but that’s only because of my own stupidity of waiting so long.

The atmosphere here is friendly and quiet. The doctor uses the activator method to adjust his patients, along with EMS, and G5. They offer massage therapy and have never raised their prices to accomodate their clientele. They take insurance if you have it and prices vary, but massage is $ 30 for half hour and $ 60 for an hour. Sonya gives deep work that will leave you sore but relieved and Wendy gives a little less aggressive form of deep tissue with strong but gentle touch. Both are AMAZING! Doctor Ingram is gentle and kind. You can come in miserable and leave as a new person. They also sell vitamins, pillows and shoe insoles. Love it!
