Good drivers always on time & very polite & prices are very good

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I booked a Lincoln Town Car to pick us up from our house in Orange to take us to LAX. The driver showed up 25 minutes late wearing a tshirt, jeans and flip flops. The town car was missing a hub cap, had dents all along the bumper, a cracked windshield and don’t even get me started on how beat up the inside was. I usually do my research on everything! Huge fail on my part for not doing so this time. Horrible company! Horrible cars!

I used this service twice for transportation from Mission Viejo to LAX.
The first time it was pretty good — they arrived early at my house for my departing flight, however when I returned they were 45 minutes late to the airport to take me home. Understandable, since it was Friday afternoon, and the driver did call to let me know his status.
However for my second trip, I called to make a reservation and was emailed confirmations a few days later. All good so far. But when the date came for my drive to LAX (three days ago), no car ever showed up. I got no call telling me the driver was late, or couldn’t find my house, or … nothing! I tried calling their office number (in Irvine) and could only get a recording, so no help there either. It’s like they completely blew off my reservation and never told me anything.
Needless to say, this was completely unacceptable, especially from a company that you’re relying on to get you to the airport. Luckily my wife was able to drive me.
I will never be using this company again — in a business where you are responsible for making sure people do not miss a flight, you should always be on time or early, and must maintain constant communication with your fare. Air travel is already stressful enough without the added stress of having to worry about getting to the airport.

Don’t quite understand how this company works I went on line to check prices on a shuttle service to LAX from Orange County. This company asks that you put in your pickup information, which I did. I thought I would get a price for the shuttle service, which I did. However, I wasn’t sure I wanted to use the service so went to another website to check additional prices. Later that day I got an email from OC Transportation Services stating my Reservation was confirmed. I did not confirm my reservation nor did I enter any credit card information. When I emailed back to say I DID NOT want the reservation I got the message «why did you then send an online reservation request then?» Their website certainly did not make it clear that by checking on the cost I was actually entering a reservation. Got another email that stated «Every time you click on an ad and submit a request we get charged. Please if you have no intention of booking or getting information regarding the service be mindful of the business aspect of our advertisements.» Never again!

I’ve used this service about 5 – 7 times to lax and Orange County airport. The people are so nice! They always arrive early and are easy to work with.

What a joke of a company. We requested transportation from Orange County to LAX and the website thanked us for «Successfully Submitting our Online Reservations» and a confirmation email will be sent. Well, we never received an email. Called and left 2 messages trying to verify that we have a reservation to pick us up like their website said. It has been almost 3 weeks later and we just got back from Europe (We had to drive ourselves and pay Wally Park, which was not in our plan) Still no email from them and no one ever called us back… Not very professional.
We are younger and can roll with the punches but I could only imagine if my parents or those unfamiliar with these types of services tried to use this company and would have just taken the «Successfully Submitted Reservations» word. I’m sure someone has definitely missed a flight or two waiting for what seems like this non existent company…

What a disappointment. After a long international flight imagine waiting a half hour, calling them and being told that they’ll be 5 minutes. Then imagine waiting another half hour. Don’t count on them unless you like waiting an hour. They deliver poor service and were misleading about being available. (They said they came for us from a distance, but actually got caught in a lie about dropping someone else off). Avoid!

I should have done my research on this agency before using them. I am a very patient person but I should have listened to my gut. When I made the online reservation at 11:30pm, I expected some kind of automatic email response (at least). The next morning, nothing in my email indicating they received my request. So I called the agency and this woman who barely spoke English said she would check the email and approve it. The night before we fly out, I call her and she assures me that someone with a Lincoln town car will be there to pick us up at 5:45am for LAX. Ok, so the next day there is someone waiting outside at 5:15am –great but with some SUV. It’s alright I figured, we will be comfortable and get there on time. The reason this company gets a one star is because we used a round trip and on our way back home from LAX was disastrous. Again, I called the night before… we were flying on the redeye from Hawaii so I needed to make sure someone was there to get us. Normally these services send an email or text/​call to confirm your reservation. I called and spoke to the same woman. She told me, «the driver will be there at 5:45»…So our flight was actually earlier and we arrived at 5:15. By 5:30 we had our bags and waiting at the curbside. I call the agency and spoke to the same woman… she said he will be there at 5:45…at 6am I call her back and tell her, «we are still waiting»…she tells me she will find the driver. The driver then calls me back and says «sorry, I am stuck on the 405 and it will take me 30 min»…I knew that was bullshit and he probably just got notified… He arrived at 6:50. Okay so he apologized but nothing from the agency… she apologized but not discount or free ride in the future was offered.

OCTS service was excellent when they pick us up at 4:30 AM. And got us to LAX with plenty of time to share. Unfortunately, on the return trip (LAX at 10:10 PM). The driver showed up at 10:50. He didn’t know what our address was even through the company had all of the information. Their excuse, the day was a Muslum event and they were short of drivers.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were to pick me up at 6 a.m., and at 4:30 a.m. That day, they called to say they didn’t have a vehicle to take me to the airport. As simple as that. They offered no alternative, no apology, nothing. I could not believe that any business would behave like that, but they did. AVOID at all costs.
