Dr Mostafavi has been my chiropractor on and off for over 10 years. Organized, friendly, thorough, and professional. He runs a tight ship as his staff is always very quick to respond to my every need. I always feel better after getting adjusted by dr Mostafavi than before walking into his office. I really wanted to try this laser therapy, in hopes of getting relief from my lower back pain, but unfortunately, I did not get the chance.
I walked in and saw I was supposed to sign in but there was no pen, so I look at their waiting area and see no pen, then turn back to see if they are going to tell me to sign in and they don’t, so I start to sit down. Next thing I know, the Chiropractor asks me the strangest thing, and I figured maybe it was in reference to him seeing me turn to look at the waiting area and then turn back, but no idea. So he says ‘Are you here for your neck?’ I say ‘No, my back hurts, not my neck.’ He replies, ‘Are you SURE it’s not your neck?’ I reply once more, ‘No, it’s my back. You help backs, right?’ He says, ‘Yes, I’m a chiropractor. Are you SURE it’s not your neck, because you’re moving like this’. and he then makes this weird movement like a robot.
Maybe I WAS moving like that, but in my 44 years of life that’s the ONE thing I’ve never been told, and second, even if I DO move that way, I told him once that my neck did not hurt, so why continue with the degrading?
So, at that point, I just felt like he was almost making fun of me and then I thought, if he makes fun of THAT, I can only imagine how terrible he will make me feel about everything else i am self conscious about, and there is plenty. So I just said, ‘Never mind. I’m cancelling’, and I took back my forms from them and left.
I thought later, maybe I was being over the top, but I told this story to two people and one said what a jerk and the other one said what a d*&%. Walked in there feeling fine. Walked out of there feeling like crap. :)

What can I say about this Irvine Chiropractor, they are very friendly, honest, and actually helped me with my back pain. I didn’t trust chiropractic services before, but after a recommendation from a good friend of mine I thought I would check out Dr. Ali. After a few sessions, I can honestly say I am living a better pain free life. Thanks Dr. Ali an Irvine Chiropractor you can trust!
