Madoka Modern

I purchased the Tazlow Sofa Bed for my new loft in downtown LA. Danny Ward told me that I would have my sofa no later than a month. 3 months later and I still had no couch. I called and left messages but Danny wouldn’t respond to any of my calls. Finally I received a text message from him stating that I would have my couch the following day so I adjusted my entire day waiting for delievery and they didn’t show up until 10 pm. The delivery guy was a young teenager who was really nice. When he brought the couch into my lobby it wouldn’t fit into the elevator. The delivery guy called Danny and he told him to just leave it there. I was so upset I called Danny but he wouldn’t answer any of my phone calls or text messages. The delivery guy felt bad so he said he would help us bring it up the stairs but I live on the 9^th floor. Once he got to the 3^rd floor he gave up and left my couch in the stairwell upside down. I had to call my boyfriend and his friend to help bring the couch to the 9^th floor. Once they finally brought it upstairs it wouldn’t fit through my doorway. To this day Danny Ward will not return my phone calls or text messages and when I emailed him telling him I wanted to return it, he stated that I couldn’t even though in my receipt it says that I could. I am reporting Danny Ward and Madoka Modern. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR THEM!
