I’m so happy to have this place a mile away from my house! I love Churros and was super impressed on how delicious They are here. Was not expecting that from a boba shop. I ended up getting the honey do shaved ice and definitely enjoyed it! This place definitely gets five stars from me!

Meh– drinks are okay but I don’t expect too much quality from lollicup. I only come here if I’m dining at A&J before hand because its a good light dessert and has plenty of seating. This is a really popular highschool hangout though so be warned that it can get kind of crazy sometimes in terms of crowds.

It’s been many years since I used to be hooked on bubble tea… ok, I know the new generation now call it Boba :) I particularly loved the bubble milk teas and used to drink it often… but alas, the milk started giving me stomach cramps and the constant sucking up of those yummy bubbles like a Hoover Deluxe started showing around the waist… so I quit and never really came back, till now. For some strange reason I had a craving for bubble tea and asked a friend where the nearest one was… and she mentioned this place… so off I went to satisfy my sudden craving. I’d been to this strip mall before, but for meals at the restaurants here, but never noticed this place only because it’s hidden around the corner from A&J and a hair salon. What a cute little place this was… and thank goodness there was no long queue like I see at most other… ok, boba… places. I was first in line :) The choice of different drinks is quite extensive, so unless you’re a regular, you’ll likely have to stand there and browse through the whole board and decide which one sounds the best for you. Many of them sounded yummy to me, but I obviously had to skip the drinks with milk in them. Finally, the mango green tea with bubbles sounded like it’d hit the spot, so I ordered that. Yum, it was good, and vacuuming up those tapioca bubbles really brought back fond memories. Coincidentally, my friend living nearby found out I was here and asked me to buy the exact same drink for her too. I enjoyed it very much, and my friend thought it was yummy to begin with, but got a bit bitter toward the end… I guess we’re supposed to shake it up a bit so… yes, it was still slightly bitter tasting, but still hit the spot. Good thing this place is not too far from my place so I’ll pop in here more often now. Service was very friendly and they were quite efficient in getting my drinks out fast.

The passion fruit green tea is pretty good but we can never locate the straws and when I asked for a bag, I never got my straws so when I got home we had to cut the top off so we can get to our boba! Very disappointing therefore minus one star!

Drinks are fair but the atmosphere is bad. Bathroom is very dirty and there is graffiti everywhere. Not much seating inside. Parking is very hard to find

The employees are nice, its convienently located right down the street from my school(IVC), and the store itself gets pretty lively on weekend nights but to be honest the drink are not that good. It’s honestly nothing too special and the boba sort of tastes like soap to me sometimes. I only ever come here in between classes if im really craving a drink. However since 7leaves opened up in the same plaza I always just go there now.

Not a fan. Their bobas are too sweet for me. I went with the Taro Boba because of an awesome experience with Taro Boba at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Downtown LA that got me hooked. However, their taro boba was too sugary and I wasn’t feelin’ it at all. Add to that, it wasn’t ‘tarowee’… This food/drink junkie is considering a LA trip to CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice for the real deal Taro Boba!

I admit I haven’t tried many drinks because my favorite and usual drink is always so great. I almost always get the boba milk tea and am always very happy I did. I’ve been to a few other boba places including Class 302, Cha for Tea, and the one in the District(It’s Boba Time?) and Lollicup still remains my favorite. The staff is always very friendly and the drinks don’t take very long. Oh and be sure to ask for a stamp card! I’ve marked off a star because often there’s a bit of a long wait before you can order. I mean it’s a good sign because it often means their products are good but it can get tedious, especially with only one register. There’s a decent amount of indoor seating and two tables outside but they always have music blasting very high so I’ve never actually stuck around which is a shame because I would definitely come more often if I was able to sit and chill for a bit. Parking is definitely awful so please be careful! Though I’m sure not many care, there’s also no wifi which isn’t exactly a minus but would have been an amazing plus if they did. This location also has food items(though I must admit I don’t know what they are or if they’re any good as I’ve never come in for that, just my boba fix!) This location also has a stamp card, so make sure to ask and bring it in each time. All in all, Lollicup is my go to when I’m craving boba.

4 stars just because I was a little disappointment tonight. I usually always get the Royal milk tea slush with boba and some mild chicken. I got the same order as usual and the chicken was great. Not too spicy or plain. And my slush was not really a slush, it was more watered down. But it was still really good. I still drank it without complaining because they were super packed(like always) and the workers there are always so friendly. I would definitely come back despite the little disappointment in my slush. Other then tonight, the service here is always great!

I wish they bring back the old churros(more cream filling). Anyway my favorite drink from their place is the winter melon juice. I would not say their milk tea is the best though, it taste okay. However this is the place for snacks, you should try their popcorn chicken and churros(only this Lollicup has churros with cream filling) To be honest I think they sell best fruit juice but not best tea drinks

Decent boba place that has been here forever in the back near the duck pond. I really don’t like to drink boba because it has a ton of sugar and calories, but the wife and kids like it, so we go sometimes. The boba is good but pretty average. Nothing spectacular or differentiating about this place. My son likes the little fried chicken bits. I tried a few, they taste salty. I wouldn’t make this place a habit. In the summer it is super hot and sweaty inside.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I used to come here pretty often when there weren’t that many boba spots in Irvine. Now with Snowmonster, Class 302, etc. I expect more out of my boba shops. There were no issues with the drink itself, but with the quality of their boba balls were quite bad. It wasn’t cooked all the way through and was hard on the inside. Also, they don’t accept credit cards or debit cards under $ 10. A drink is about $ 3ish so you will need to buy at least 3 cups before meeting the minimum or you’ll need to order food. One thing I do have to give to them is that they’ve upgraded their décor since the last time I’ve been back. There’s more seating and chairs to relax.

My favorite drink to get here is the hot lavender milk tea. Yum! There are lots of places that have the same drink but none as good as this! I have found that with other places there are little lavender buds at the bottom and I really don’t like that. There are a couple of things I don’t like about this place… Location: it’s in the middle of the strip next to the fountain, towards the back. It’s so hard to find parking at this place! Sometimes I don’t even take the time to stop there because of the parking situation. Extra charge: They charge you $ 0.50 if you want to use a card no matter what the total is. I hate it when businesses do that. They should just eat the cost or include it in the price. **SOBRINGCASHIFYOUDONTWANTTOPAY A TRANSACTIONFEE**

My tourist insisted on coming to this location and we concurred on many of the opinions we both had for this location. First, the one thing one will hear more than the friendliness of the staff here is the customers saying«Excuse me», whether trying to get out of the door, trying to weave through the narrow aisles, and trying to look at the menu on the wall. Even the location in Diamond Jamboree has two doors and more maneuvering room. The line here went out the single door during our visit. Second, there were no price tags on the menu, so we had no information as to how much we would be spending. One might want to ask for a receipt to see how much they’d be spending. Third, because there were no pictures of the items other than the special, new promoted items, our eyeballs were not sated and thus we had to pick something based on the name of the item and inquire about some of them. The cashier’s happy mask seemed to melt off as we asked more questions about the items. Aside from these significant issues, the prices were more or less market value from what I observed on the receipt. This numerical rating is appropriate to the experience since the drinks were about as good as what one could buy at other places.

Mediocre boba and popcorn chicken. And navigating the parking lot is like an escape game for cars. But let me tell you about the most ghetto restroom I’ve ever seen. Surprisingly, the toilet and sink were perfectly intact. But the walls have seen better times. Large gashes of paint peeled away, covered in layers of tagging… Ink, etches, and paint display incoherent conversations of f-bombs, teenage angst, and romantic hopelessness. Why haven’t the owners cleaned it up? It’s like a running joke that stopped being funny 3 paint coats ago. One day, the site will be excavated and these modern-day cave drawings will testify to an earlier, boba-crazed, primitive culture.

In Love With This Place, Trying New Flavors Everytime . But The Place Could Be A Little Bigger, No Where To Sit & Enjoy When There’s Only 6 Small Tables Inside But Over Everything Love Thus Place

This place appears to be very popular. Every time I’ve been it’s packed and I feel like I got an introduction to a secret underground club. One that serves sugar drinks with jelly blobs on the bottom. I just wish they had something that tasted more natural. Everything has that artificial, sugary flavor. Something with real fruit would be nice. Something that resembled real food would be cool. Even the fried potato looks more like a children’s toy than something edible. But I guess that’s boba, right? Edible entertainment? The only time where you really should be playing with your food.

I enjoy milk tea boba from Lollicup. They have multiple locations. The nice thing about this location is that they serve food. But this can also be a bad thing as you should be prepared to wait around 10 – 15 minutes to get your drink and food order. Try the $ 5 combo where you get milk tea boba + chicken or milk tea boba + 2 potato twists. Not sure what these are? Check the pictures and just know they are nice crunchy and salty compliments to your drink. They also put on some spice powder on the food which gives it a nice kick. Don’t forget to get a rewards card so once you accumulate 10 drinks you get 1 free. There is indoor and outdoor seating, can be limited but it’s nice if you can grab a seat outside. BTW, oddly there are no prices on their drink board. I think it’s about $ 3.50-$ 4.00 per drink. Overall their milk tea is good but you will need to wait, enjoy the snacks while you’re at it.

The Negatives: First boba place I’ve come to where they don’t list the prices of their drinks anywhere. Also the first boba place where I’ve ordered a drink and it wasn’t sealed properly. Also the first boba place where I’ve seen a bathroom so scarred up. Soap dispenser was also broken. The Positives: According to the cashier, they use fresh mangoes, peaches, and strawberries in their slushes. I’m assuming everything else is powders and syrups based on the visible display behind the counter. Ended up ordering the royal milk tea with boba($ 3.50), which was strong and the boba was just the right sweetness and consistency, which was really the only saving grace of this place. Based on my first experience here, I’m kind of turned off by the place. However, if I do happen to come back here, I would try one of the fresh fruit slushes and/or the snacks here.
