I was very excited to get my hair touched up before the weekend and found out this place was right by my work so I made an appointment online. I was told that they had been too busy all day to notice that I had scheduled so no one could see me. The lady that talked to me was very nice but at the end of the day that’s just bad business — why have a book online feature if it’s not monitored? :(

Why haven’t I known about this wonderful salon for the last 7 years that I have lived in OC? I haven’t found a great stylist here since I came from the East Coast. I have gone to some places that have done a terrible job. But there is someone here at this shop that you will love. I have gone to Milena and Sharon. Both wonderful! You just have to choose the right person for you. We all know how that is. You know her when she lays her hands in your hair and you are hooked. Sharon was the one for me. However there is another stylist that I have seen there too (Nancy)that is also great. Her clients always look good when they leave. You can’t go wrong. The owner (Sharon) ensures that her stylists are doing quality work. And they do! They care about the health of your hair which is important to me. They can give you whatever style you want. And from what I have seen it does not matter if you are black or white. They can do it. That is the problem for many shops around here. They can do one type of hair. Asian hair only. Caucasian hair only. Not these talented girls!!! Whatever is on your head… they can handle it. You will not be sorry. Professional, clean, and super friendly. Very wonderful experiences. Just sorry I wasted so much time before finding this place. Don’t waste anymore of yours.

Nancy was my stylist and I was so nervous about letting someone cut my hair. I have heard so many horror stories, especially with really kinky curly hair like mine. I went for the Ouidad cut and she was not only extremely knowledgeable, she also did an amazing job! I now have great shape to my hair and didn’t lose very much length. I recommend this place to anyone of all hair types and ethnicities. Great salon!

I couldn’t find a hair salon since I moved to Orange County 5 years ago, that wasn’t intimidated by my hair-​until I went to LeShay’s Salon today. I’m half black, half mexican with long waves and most salons take one look at me and start talking about being intimidated by my hair– when I think it’s pretty easy to work with. When I went to LeShay’s everyone was super nice and easy going. They immediately understood my hair and didn’t act confused or overwhelmed– they already knew what to do. I will definitely make this my go-​to salon and will schedule regular appointments with Nancy, who did a fabulous job! Thank you!

I cannot rave any more about LeShay’s than I already have since I was referred to this salon back in late August! I had abruptly been invited to a last minute high-​profile event in LA and my hair was an absolute mess! I’d voiced my sadness to my co-​worker because I didn’t think I would be able to go because my hair (in a weave for 6 MONTHS people) was so unruly. She recommended LeShay’s and offered to call for me. Sure enough, my co-​worker was able to contact someone at 9am, by noon I was in for a consultation and by 4:30pm I was getting my hair laid by Sharon! I COULD NOT believe that they were so empathetic with my story to let me come in frantically at the last minute. Sharon even stayed past closing to make sure that my hair was ready to go for the party later that night!
Coming out of a 6 month weave (I had just relocated into CA and had no resources to have my hair taken down) and NATURAL HAIR you can only imagine the STRUGGLE that my hair had gone through. It was a hot mess, matted and crazy!!! I was SO ashamed and kept apologizing about my hair but Sharon is a PRO, she effortlessly took down my hair and pressed it out so well! I was AMAZED how healthy and LONG my hair was and how quickly she was able to literally work a miracle on my natural and matted tresses!
I’ve been coming back every two weeks and will remain a loyal client to Sharon and her team! Everyone is so personable, I feel very comfortable coming in and catching up with everyone while receiving amazing service! AND my hair has grown since I’ve been going to LeShay’s! I would murder my hair with heat and didn’t know the proper regimen to keep my hair healthy even in protective styles. Sharon and her team have provided me with the knowledge that I needed to take care of my hair, and I have not had a need to use a heating product on my hair now for about 2 months!
The atmosphere is so beautiful and the stylists all have beautiful personalities! AND most of all they will hook up your hair, even the horror stories like myself have been transformed into a fairy tale! I’ll post photos of my hair growth challenge, we just measured my hair and will do so again on the 15^th.
If you haven’t already made your appointment with LeShay’s and you’re in the OC area you’re missing out! If you love your hair, you will go to LeShay’s!
People ask me all the time now if my hair is a weave because it’s so long and healthy, and I can proudly say NO it’s not for the first time in a very very long time… having that feeling is INCREDIBLE!

I would not recommend this place for a trim. What was meant to be a 1″ even trim resulted in a 5″ cut with layers in the front because my stylist «thought it would look nice.» Yeah, no.

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with warmth and kindness! LeShay’s is the most amazing hair salon I have ever been to. Personally, I am East Indian and born with a full-​on African American Fro. Nancy was my stylist from my very first appointment at LeShay and I must say she is a beautifully outstanding person and stylist. Now, I have a lot of hair on my little head… Nancy even said that she’s only worked on one other person with exceedingly more hair than me (which I can’t even fathom right now because goodness that would be a lot of hair). Yet, despite how much hair I have, she got through my hair like a piece of cake. In 1.5 hours she can easily wash, blow dry and flat iron my hair without any trouble at all. In my 22 years of existence, I have never come across a hairstylist that can handle my hair as flawlessly as Nancy can. She is literally perfection in every sense of the word. Not only can she handle my hair, but she can make my hair look absolutely amazing… so amazing that it looks like I have brand new hair.
Aside from my own stylist, all the other stylists that I have spoken to at LeShay are the absolute sweetest. They are incredibly friendly, so professional and just a delight to converse with. LeShay is a great salon for every single type of hair. From bone straight to all sorts of afro kinky, these ladies know what they are doing and they know how to do it jaw-​droppingly well. Please, please, please go to this salon. I promise you will not be disappointed. If anything, you’ll fall in love with it just as much as I have!

Wow this place is just what I was looking for! I found this gem on Unilocal and after reading the reviews I knew I had to try it out. I have been looking for a good hairstylist in Southern California. I am so happy I found Nancy! Most people are scared to work on my naturally thick, curly hair. After meeting and talking to Nancy I felt reassured that my Brazilian Blowout would turn out perfect. She is extremely knowledgable and friendly! I am so happy with my hair and cannot wait to go back! Thank you thank you for making my dreams come true!

Being mixed, it is hard to find a place that knows how to work with my hair. Well, I don’t need to look any further! Milena was so easy to talk to and she really understood what look I wanted to achieve with my hair. My hair looks and feels fabulous now. I definitely recommend this place!

I have known Sharon for over 10 years and I have followed her since first time I saw her doing someone’s hair at Charmaine’s. I knew then her love, passion, and desire to make her clients happy and Beautiful! Im so glad I have her as part of my life… Everyone that works with her are always nice and caring. Nancy is very patient and her passion is transparent as well. I love having both as my hair stylist and would recommend LeShays if you are looking for a family like environment, caring and happy people. In the past, I have always sat in a chair. You won’t fine a chair with Antoinette, you’ll encounter a relaxing bed. Yes, I said bed. The only problem is you won’t want to go to sleep, because Antoinette has such a great personality. She is also such a great listener. So not only will you have perfect lashes, you can actually get in a therapy sessions.
Also don’t feel guilty if you already have someone who apply your eye lash extensions, just come to Antoinette and you’ll definitely see the difference.
Oh and did I mention, she is reasonably priced.
Go on over and let her apply her magical touch of perfection.

I had a great first experience here! The shop was clean and had a really cute color theme. I walked in with my extremely kinky Afro and left with a cute flat-​twist/​two-​strand twist style. Milena washed, conditioned, de-​tangled, and trimmed my hair. I will definitely be back!

Got my hair permed and styled here today and the experience was wonderful! The staff were friendly and made you feel at home. They also use a relaxer that does not BURN or have a weird chemical smell! The only downside was the price, it is around $ 80 to get a relaxer which is kind of pricey in my opinion. New clients get $ 15 off their first time so that was nice.

I have been to a few different hair salons but none of them were worth bragging about. I booked an appointment with LeShay’s expecting to have the same results. My appointment was scheduled with Milena and I could not have been happier with the end results. Milena not only made my hair look amazing, but she also educated me on which products worked the best. I was so happy with Milena that I booked a second appointment two weeks later for myself and four year old daughter.
I’m ecstatic that I found LeShay’s Salon & Spa!!! Milena is the absolute BEST hairdresser ever :)

I came in to get my long, thick, mixed, crazy hair done by Milena. She didn’t even flinch when I told her I only had a couple of hours to get my hair washed and styled. I let her know what I was basically looking for, and she had my hair whipped to perfection in an hour and a half. I’m talking way beyond expectation. And the prices are ridiculously low – please tip your stylist! I made an appointment the same day to come back!
The salon also offers email reminders and has a large parking lot. It was a little difficult to find the first time because it’s tucked into a corner of an industrial park. Keep looking; it’s well worth the search!

I am sooooo happy to have a new stylist!!! Sharon Barker did an excellent job on my hair, and she was as sweet as can be. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, told me how to care for my hair in between visits and let me know her (our) goal is to get my hair thicker and longer than it’s ever been! The salon is very comfortable, and the other stylists (Diana, Mylana and others) are also very friendly and pleasant. It’s such a refreshing change from the previous salon I was patronizing for the last several years.
I’m really not a vain person (or at least not too much :), but I’ve been admiring my hair in the mirror all day today — and this is after I followed Sharon’s advice to pin curl my hair last night. I just LOVE it!!!
