Krista is a wonderfully caring audiologist. My 93 yr old mother originally got in-​the-​ear aids from another audiologist, and found them so annoying that she never wore them. Then about 5 years ago, she received a recommendation from a much-​younger friend who’d seen Krista; mom went in for a comprehensive hearing test, Krista recommended 2 different types of aids and mom was able to try out each set for 1 – 2 weeks and both she & Krista agreed that the 2^nd pair was best for her particular hearing loss. Amazingly the 2^nd pair was the less-​expensive pair as well.
Over the years, mom dropped one of the aids in a sinkful of water. .. and a quick trip to Krista had it placed in some drying box she had — and it was returned to us, good as new! And at no charge!
Krista also offers annual rechecks — where the aids can be recalibrated to reflect the best amplification for any add’l hearing loss changes that may have occurred.
Her pricing is outstanding, and her bedside manner with patients is equally terrific.
