Dito. I ordered a violets arrangement to be sent to a funeral in Ohio and the flowers that showed up were a kind I hadn’t even heard of. Complete false advertising. DO NOT USE.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! LIKELY FRAUDULENT.
My experience is identical to most of the others who have reviewed this florist. The simple version of the story is that I placed an order with them via their website for a delivery that was never made. I tracked the status of my order as it went from «awaiting shipment» to «delivery completed» and then to «manual confirmation required.» I left 4 voice mails on their 800– line always getting the recording that told me «all floral designers are busy»; I sent 2 emails requesting a refund and/​or call back using their website «contact us» link but still no response. Now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company as it appears to be the only way in which I have a hope of getting my money back, the time wasted is unfortunately non-​refundable. Like others have said, this place is either a total scam or just grossly incompetent, either way they are to be completely avoided.
