I couldn’t disagree more with O. L’s review. I had a great experience at this lab. When I called in to make an appointment the staff was very helpful and very accommodating. I went into the office for a custom shade during my lunch break and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. My biggest worry was that the shape and color would be so different from my natural teeth. The color match was spot on, and the teeth looked so real you would never be able to notice them. Would highly recommend this lab!

This dental lab has exceptionally poor customer service!!! The employees in the accounting department are rude, unprofessional, and do not adhere to any privacy policies.
