Poor customer service from beginning to end, but wait it’s not over yet, as the furniture pick up that Cort told me would be between 10 – 2 has not happened some 50 minutes past the window. And the Cort saleswoman hasn’t gotten back to me since I called her over 45 minutes ago. I would never deal with this company again. Got the same poor service at the outset, from a representative who never sent the proposal she said she would prepare, couldn’t provide any helpful suggestions on selecting items that would be comfortable, couldn’t help in arranging a delivery that would allow us to keep an already scheduled 1 hour appointment the morning of our requested delivery date, told me I would need to arrange the pick up two weeks ahead of time, versus the«suggested» 10 days another salesperson recommended — a total lack of interest in helping the customer every step of the way. Moreover, the furniture we received was extremely low quality and in poor condition. If you need furniture temporarily, just go to Ikea. The customer service will be better, the furniture will be clean and in better condition, and you won’t have to deal with the horribly incompetent Cort delivery crew and unmotivated, non-responsive showroom staff. It was nearly 4 pm when Cort finally arrived — two hours after the four hour delivery window ended — and the local showroom NEVER called back with an update or explanation. Don’t give your business to a company that treats its customers so poorly and has such incompetent employees.

Great customer service, Scott and the staff were very helpful. I will also add that when I was in the store we talked to another person that also was very happy with the service from this location. Thank you Scott for all your help!
