Nice work, Paul (owner of Controlled Key Systems). Within days of my 1-​star review, six 5-​star reviews suddenly appear, raving, in perfect English, about Controlled Key Systems. Are these six rave reviews for real? Maybe. Maybe not. Anyway, very clever. You raised your average from 1 star to 4.5 stars. You did everything right. Everything, that is, except contradict, or even respond to, the customer who publicly accused you of dishonesty. Which proves my point. That if a customer complains, you will do nothing about it. Not even respond. I even made it easy for you, by sending you an email. You even replied. But just to say you’d get back to me. Which you never did. That was 3 weeks ago. If I am wrong, and you didn’t rip me off, and you’re really an honest person, please prove it, by explaining your invoice. If you care about honesty and your customers, that is.
