Chargers Moving Company

First let me start by saying that the 3 guys they sent were AWESOME! However, when we set the appointment we reserved and were quoted for 2 guys… The quote we received was for a large truck, 2 guys, and extra stop plus mileage to move us out of our small 2 bedroom apartment was between $ 400-​$ 700. The entire move took 5.5 hours. The final bill came to almost $ 900 because they sent 3 guys instead of the 2 we agreed upon. Their logic was if it were only 2 guys it would’ve taken 8 hours so that’s how they are billing us. The workers are great but their management people are sneaky little rats. Beware!!!

Worst experience ever. We were going to use this company to pick up a fridge and it ended up the transaction fell threw and no longer was the fridge available. I gave notice on Sunday for a Tuesday pick up time. And they charged me a 75.00 cancel fee. Really? Sunday notice for Tuesday and 75.00 charge it would of been that to deliver it. Bad customer service and highway robbery.

I needed to move within a day or two so that I could recover from surgery in my new home.
To my surprise, Chargers was able to fit me in the morning after I called!
I was told that my two movers would arrive between 9am and 10am. They arrived at 9:10AM!
Lambert and his father (the very inspiring) Lamberto got a lay of the land and got to work.
I have some large furniture as well as some electronics that I was pretty worries about. Living in a second story walk-​up with a switchback and having a similar situation in my home for some of the rooms I was amazed at what this father and son team could do. I am serious, this was heavy stuff!
The team was clean, well organized, helpful when I wasn’t sure about where something was to go or I changed my mind.
I have already recommended them to a local group on Facebook, and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
I couldn’t believe that they left us and went to another job!

I called the company the night before my husband and I needed to move. I personally was worried that we had to do it all by ourselves and that it would take us forever, so I was slowly desperate to get help. But thankfully Tom and his crews were really nice, fast and efficient at a very low price. I had called other companies to compare prices, but their prices were the best of all.
Highly recommend them.

Lambert & his pops are the best movers and did a great job in helping me move out of my apartment. The company are polite, honest, arrives at your place on time. The movers are experts at disassembling furniture, handle all with care, and they’re fast, etc. Thanks again guys!
