I called this company to come out and do a service on our copy machine. First of all… the girl who answered the phone was a very bad communicator. Anyways, after the back and forth she finally set up a service call to have a tech come out and give us a quote.
Tech came out on 2⁄19 and it is 2⁄29 and I still have not received a call back from the tech with a quote on what it would cost to repair our machine. Very unprofessional. I have called a few times and still no call back. I would never get into a contract with a company like this, where they cannot even get back to potential customers.

Elise and the rest of the CBE staff have been great to us for many years. Whether we need new toners, new copiers, quotes, or maintenance on our current machines, they are always there for our business. Copiers are a big deal for a business that prints proposals every day and a reliable and consistent printer/​copier/​scanner is necessary for our success. Thanks you CBE for all your help throughout the years. And I hope we continue working together!

I do not usually get on Unilocal to do a review but I feel like I have to share my experience in dealing with Cell Business Equipment. We had huge problems with our previous office equipment provider and CBE came in with a great solution for our office. The sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to put together a proposal quickly that met our needs. Once the new machines were installed, a customer service rep came out and did a very thorough training so we all knew how to use the new copiers. If we have had any issues with our equipment, their service techs respond immediately and get us back up running. I would highly recommend CBE to anyone looking for new office equipment.
