California Pools – Irvine

California pools is the biggest rip off company out their. They are more expensive than anyone and their work is okay. They sub out all landscaping and most of the job. They use other companies to do all the work. They also present themselves as a big company. When in fact the salesmen is the manager, superintendent, etc.. The company has a total of 20 locations and have about 25 employees. The only good person they have is A manager named Kimo. They lie about costs and materials, and the jobs always go way over the price they tell you. I had two pools built by them and bolth times they went over the agreed contract price by $ 30,000. The first pool they built for me was 20,000 over budget and the only reason why I used them the second time was because they fooled me into believing that they were going to make things rite after they screwed me on the first pool. NEVER BELIEVE A THING ANYONE FROM CALIFORNIA POOLS SAYS. The CEO Ryder Steimle and President Stwhen Terry are the biggest liers and crooks. They pretend to care but really don’t. I called to talk to them about my concerns as a customer and they pretended like they cared. But after the conversation was over they forgot to hang up the phone and I heard them calling me a complainer and asshole. But what really pissed me of was their laughing at me and bragging about how much money they screwed me out of. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
