Bon-Appetit Salads

Put a phone order in and the boy who answered the phone was horrible. I got a chicken melt with feta and no rice. When I picked it up (wasn’t ready when I got there), the chicken melt had cheddar and rice in there. Not only was the young boy incompetent to take simple phone orders, the black girl had a bad attitude. The staff are a bunch of young kids that have no concept of customer service. When my food was ready, the same boy put my food on the other side of the counter and didn’t even ask if it was mine. The white girl (the only good employee) asked me if it was mine… She asked me after she asked her co-​workers if the order was mine, and got no response. She was very pleasant and apologized for the others behavior. She seemed to be the only one working/​cooking. The other two were running around looking for order pads. Food is not worth coming back for this service… Hire new responsible staff who know what they’re doing.

Chicken melt wrap is excellent. Highly recommend this place based on their great service and excellent food. Call ahead for a quick and easy lunch.

Came here for a quick lunch and I’ve heard good things from my co-​workers. I was pretty happy and impressed with this venue.
The cashier/​service is really friendly and efficient. This a place to come if you want some salad, wraps, sandwiches, and raw juices. I would consider it a «healthy» option and the prices are very fair. Around $ 6 – 7 for a salad and then you can add chicken for $ 2. The wraps come with a side salad for $ 7.50. We also tried the raw juice made from vegetables. Not my kind of thing but my friend enjoyed it.
The food came out very quickly and it was good. The vegetables used in the Cobb salad were pretty fresh and you get a generous amount of variety. We added chicken to the salad and that was good as well. I also tried the Turkey Wrap which is a cold wrap, they also have hot wraps. The wraps are hearty with a good amount of veggie and meat, I was full after this meal and the taste of everything was pretty good.
I would recommend trying this out when you’re in the mood for a lighter option for lunch. Pretty easy menu to order from and nice staff to help you out. Good prices too. Overall, I’ll come back again.

Chicken salad wrap is amazing! A little pricey, but the quality is definitely worth it!

Not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating? Sure their prices are a little higher than some places, but the salads are HUGE and fresh. They have a: make your own salad” option where you fill out a form and check mark all of the items you want in your salad. I love that it is so easy to customize! They have sandwiches and some other items as well but I love their salads! Friendly staff, great food!

Wow, I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews.
I often come here at about 11:20 — 11:30 am for my lunch break.
The service’s quite fast (I usually wait for about 2 – 3 minutes only).
I have noticed that some people are saying that the food’s overpriced, and they could make their own salads for a lot less money. I’m sorry, but these people are either delusional or cheap.
I do grocery shopping every week. If you want to make a shrimp salad, you will need to buy the shrimp and all the vegetables (plus dressing). There’s NO WAY that you would spend more money here than you do at supermarkets.
HINT: shrimps are not cheap ;)

Go here all the time since it’s right by my work. Their chicken Caesar wrap is addicting! Can’t get enough of it! Definitely great food for a great price!

Food is really well done. Go there for lunch almost every time that i work. One of the cashiers is super awesome. Thank you for good food and good service!

Finally tried this place out since it’s close to work. Enjoy the asian chicken salad. Haven’t had the sandwiches or breakfast but I hear it’s good. Will Def try them some day.

Shrimp salad was mediocre. Taste like com pow chicken. The cost $ 10. Rip off! Chicken combo was pretty good but little bland. Overall I would not go back again.

It’s a shame this place doesn’t have better customer service. Though the food is way overpriced, I could justify a $ 10 salad if it came with friendly service. However, I get greeted by a «do you know what you want yet?» and visibly poor attitudes on the job– including one worker who was yelling at the others for hanging out in the back room. Please pull it together because I’ve just about had it with the poor service and flame broiler tastes good too.

Decent salads with a lot of customized options for protein or dressings. Prices are high for the size of the salad. Eat here for a quick lunch.

Bön-​Appetit is way overpriced, but if you’re looking for a decent salad in the business area, I wouldn’t dissuade you from stopping there.
They have a small menu, with some sandwiches, «designer» salads, and a create your own salad option. You get a slip of paper and select your greens, 5 toppings, and dressing. There’s an upcharge for proteins, which is advertised misleadingly. On the «designer» salad list, right behind the cash register, salmon is listed as a certain amount, while on the build your own menu, it’s $ 2 higher. A bit misleading to have two different prices on two menus.
Anyway, the container is large and if there’s not a long line, service is quick. It’s not listed as an option anywhere, but they will toss the salad if you ask and prefer not to have a spilling-​over mount of greens to try to navigate.
I don’t have the best luck here, they often run out of spinach, forget an ingredient, or leave out my dressing. A salad will be an upwards of $ 9, which is high considering you could make your own for half the price just shopping for the ingredients at a grocery store.

I had the grilled chicken wrap and I substitute the rice with spinach. It was VERY delicious. It was my first time here and I didn’t have high expectations or anything. I must say, the food blew me away! I will definitely go back and take some friends with me. Very excited to try out some other things on the menu. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

I was trying to eat healthy, having eaten convention food all weekend. I chose the chicken kebab plate from the huge picture behind the cash register but was then told that they’d replaced it with the grilled chicken plate. I chose that a cup of the tomato soup.
Service was super slow. They were obviously slammed with the lunch rush.
My grilled chicken plate was ready and waiting on the counter before they informed me that they were out of the soup. After I chose one of the noes they had left, I still had to wait another few minutes for it to be served.
The soup (chicken noodle) was unimpressive — bland and with soggy vegetables. The grilled chicken plate wasn’t awful, but it was kind of like the contents of a burrito without the burrito. Nothing impressive.
Either I ordered poorly, or I had overly high expectations based on price.

I LOVE this place! The nicest people and the best chicken salad sandwich. They have an option for getting a half of a sandwich and a salad. It is perfect. The lime cilantro dressing is amazing

Not a bad place for a light, healthy lunch. It’s a bit pricey and not the cleanest spot, but the portions are a decent size and they’re pretty tasty.

Time to update my review here.
I eat here a minimum of once a week… and I am addicted to the Chicken Salad Wrap. Every day I try to think of somewhere else to go for lunch… and I end up here most times.
The service is super nice, the food is fresh and good… and I have only received the wrong order once… I got a Chicken Salad Sandwich instead of the wrap. It happens. I definitely love coming here and will continue to :)
The parking lot where this restaurant is located is insanely busy, (even by 11am and still at 1pm)… and not very easy to get out of.

Chicken kebab plate $ 7.50 and chicken salad sandwich $ 6.75 was both delicious. Everything is made fresh, although they do pre-​cook the chicken in batches for some dishes. The quality was good, although service was variable.
I missed on the chance to get 25% off with my Unilocal check in. Pah!
