I received flowers from this florist today from my husband. «The flowers were ordered on line from FTD. My wife likes tulips and I sent them based off the picture on the website. The flowers that showed up were better than the picture. I was shocked how fast she received them as I completed the order at 11:30 and she had fresh flowers at her office by 1:00. Received a text from my wife how happy she was to get the flowers early afternoon. I ordered flowers based off the Unilocal review and would highly recommend ordering flowers from this florist. On the ball with the information with follow up emails letting me know she got the flowers. Great job to the Florist.

My boyfriend surprised me by having a floral arrangement delivered to my work last week. Sadly the arrangement started wilting the following day. My boyfriend called the store and they were kind enough to send a replacement arrangement to my office today. Beautiful flowers in a cute heart vase to match top notch customer service! I highly recommend this floral shop!

I called here in the morning scrambling and rushing to my daughter’s preschool graduation. At the last minute I decided I wanted to bring her two teachers and the school director some flowers. I called here and they were so nice, helpful and accommodated me! All I said was «I need three bouquets for a preschool graduation and I would need to pick up in about 30 minutes.» They knew exactly what to do and I just trusted them to put something together. When I arrived, I was happy with the bouquets that had a green and purple color scheme with orchids. Perfect for teachers!

I ordered these flowers last night and had them delivered to my friends apartment today. I got an email confirming my order and another one after they were delivered. The flowers I ordered look exactly like they did on their website, so I’m pretty happy about that. My friend lives flowers and she said these are the nicest flowers she’s gotten in a long time. I’d definitely recommend this shop. Great customer service and prompt delivery and email notifications.

My arrangement was not impressive and for the money I spent I expected better. I have purchased flowers here before and was very satisfied. I’m not sure if the Valentine’s Day rush caught them off guard or they had a new florist?
A couple days after my initial review I was contacted by the owner LuuAnn. I must say I was surprised. LuuAnn took full responsibility and tried everything In her power to make things better. Now that’s great customer service. Even though my arrangement looked horrible, the fact that the OWNER contacted me and sincerely tried to make it better blew me away. LuuAnn’s gratitude and willingness to make me happy will have me return to purchase flowers here again…

Ordered some flowers online for delivery. When the day came, my recipient wasn’t in the office. B&B brought the arrangement back and called me to reschedule a new delivery date for free, when they could’ve very well just left it there for 5 days until the person returned.

I ordered a bouquet of roses and white lillies for my gf from here on a whim a couple months ago just because I felt like it. Walked in and the lady had a beautiful arrangement ready for me in about 20 minutes.
Fast forward to my valentines day order. I phoned in and I don’t think that I dealt with the same girl over the phone. I understand that it was close to valentines day, but she was pretty rude. I told her I would call back with my order because I was pretty put off with the lack of customer service.
I’m sure that it was just an off day, but I decided not to order from them for this one occassion.
I will order from them again because they are literally walking distance from my apartment and it’s simply too convenient.
And don’t get me wrong, their final product is absolutely beautiful.
