Terrible. They delivered a personal pizza instead of a large. When we called to tell them of their mistake, they refused to send us a large unless we returned the personal pizza(which everyone who was starving waiting for the large obviously ate) ridiculous and horrible customer service.

We order delivery from here frequently. Especially when teen is on his own for dinner. Last night he ordered the giganto pizza. He filled up on the salad… today we went to get leftovers, the crust is all burnt on the bottom. Trash can fodder. Called them to ask for refund/credit and was told it has to be requested same day. We will not be ordering from them anymore… NY Upper Crust here we come.

Just got the order I placed thru Unilocal eats and my food was fresh & hot! Delivered right on time. I ordered deluxe pizza and Parmesan sandwich. Delicious. Only thing(my fault) I ordered cannoli thinking I would be getting 2 since picture illustrated 2, it was only 1. Other then that, awesome. Will order again.

I’m more or less a fan. I particularly enjoy their pizzas because they are always generous with the amount of cheese and the dough is consistently fresh and never dried out. The deliveries are always prompt and the delivery staff is always polite.

Really quick delivery and the food is pretty good for the price. The garlic mozzarella rolls are bomb!

Ordered pizza from here for a going away party at work. Overall thought it was okay. It was cold by the time we got it so can’t really say how good it would be fresh out of the oven. Might give it a try again.

Terrible service. don’t bother coming here if unless you want bad service and horrible quality food. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet or gone out of business. There was a FDA rating of a D on their window!

I really like ameccis. I ordered the lunch special $ 8.99 meatball marinara and melted mozzarella cheese sandwich and added onions and peppers topping($ 1 extra but worth it). Comes with a small drink and a good sized garden salad with a choice of dressing, I liked the house made Italian. *I split this with my dad and we were both full! It is a lot of food and the sandwich is HUGE*! The cashier was very nice and knowledge about the menu. We sat outside and he came out and brought us our food within just 5 minutes of ordering! Wow! They offer delivery for only $ 3 extra. I think there is a $ 20 minimum. There is two tables inside, the restaurant is set up take out style, so you can take to go or eat outside(there are plenty of outdoor tables) Next time I will try the sausage sandwich!

I was working in the area so I decided to go here to grab a slice for lunch. They ran out of slices but the cashier told me it would be about 10 minutes, which it did. So I definitely got my pizza hot. Just like any pizza it was greasy, but I wish it was a little bit more cheesy; just my preference. The pizza was more like a thin crust, so overall it was a decent slice of pizza. They only have two small tables inside for seating but there’s plenty of chairs and tables outside in the plaza. The service was good, and they seem to have a full menu offering pastas, calzones, salads and other items. If I happened to be in the area I might try them out again for some of their other items for lunch, but I wouldn’t for the pizza just because I prefer a fuller crust and heavy on the cheese.

Delivery about 40 min with a pleasant smile to my hotel. Food was hot. No forks or utensils of any kind.:( No extra parmesan cheese even though I asked. However a whole lemon WAS included that I had asked for. it is about ½″ in diameter. I didn’t taste it. Seems silly, we’ll see. Food flavor was ‘good’, not exceptional. Pasta WAS cooked properly! Marinara sauce was good and ‘hearty’. Caesar salad. ehh not worth the price. Parmesan cheese was powdered and it cost $ 6.99. The Caesar dressing was ‘good’ not great. Meatballs were flavorful and there was nothing wrong with them. Ease of ordering from Eat24 was super easy and they knew me.

I ordered a few things through eat24 when I was in Irvine and it was great. It was also super fast. Literally the best creamy pesto pasta I’ve ever had. You know when you order pesto pasta and some places don’t give you enough sauce? That isn’t the case here. They hooked it up with plenty of sauce and it was sooooo gooooood. I also ordered the cheese bread ball things which were good and a salad that had lots of toppings. New fave place. Just wish I lived closer.

If nothing else, Ameci Pizza & Pasta is inexpensive. Ah Ameci’s… you have seemingly been in Irvine since it’s incorpoartion delivering your bland and style-less pies to latch key high school stoners at dirt cheap prices. You also are a common sight in the little piles of garbage that my mailman puts into my box daily. Some things never change… The delivery is usually prompt and you can hear your pizza as it arrives thanks to the delivery man’s(well, delivery kid’s…) subwoofers which is an added free bonus. The wings are worst in the industry, just bad, bad, not good. The pies are marginally better than Pizza Hut featuring fun little pools of oil on top of the melted cheese that guarantee that your daily workout is completely mitigated. In fact the pie was so oily Exxon stopped me from taking pictures of it. The crust: doughy. The sauce: ketchup. The toppings: mass produced. All ingredients used are surely frozen at one point or another which helps in keeping things tired and insipid. You really ought to drink a six pack of Keystone and smoke some weed with that dude at the local basketball court that goes by «El Blunt-a-dore“prior to ordering in order to get to your own review up in star count. Ameci Pizza & Pasta has been creating stoner sustenance for decades, for better or for worse.

I had only pizza here so I can’t say anything about the other food but the pizza is pretty good! I love thin crust and this crust is thin! They also have a pretty good delivery system. I’ve used then for several occasions. The staff is also pretty friendly.

I’ve ordered from Ameci Pizza 2 or 3 times, and never received excellent service or food. Decent food… Good salad… Good wings… ok service. But the last order from Ameci on 7÷2÷15 was bad enough for me to leave a 1 star review. Although I like the salad, wings, and pizza, the service was terrible. You need to train your staff better. You need better customer service values. Get with the times. There are plenty of other places to order the same thing. Your prices do not reflect the level of service you offer. My girlfriend and I saw on online special, and decided we would call the order in because we had a few special order toppings instructions. Was told we couldn’t get the online special because it’s, well, online only. Understandable, but I’m already on the phone with you and your website doesn’t offer special order options. The girl on the phone had to talk to the manager, was told no, we can’t offer you the special. This alone was almost enough for me to buy from the many other pizza places nearby, but we already had an order in mind through Ameci. Ok fine. We decide to place the order online, choose ‘Delivery’, placed the order and receive an email confirmation. The email says ‘Pick Up’. We call and say we chose the delivery option online, please deliver the pizza. Again, someone needs to talk to the manager, only to be denied delivery without a $ 3 delivery fee being added. I asked nicely if they could please deliver the pizza, seeing as we are literally less than a mile from their location. Was told no, we will need to recharge your card, for the new amount, $ 3 more. So here you are, receiving a 1 star review over $ 3. Well, it’s more than just that. But it all boils down to poor customer service, and an ignorant manager that couldn’t make a decision to deliver our order without all the trouble of multiple phone calls and a $ 3 service fee. Great job Ameci, you lost a customer and hopefully at least a few more over the bad reviews you have from other dissatisfied customers on Unilocal

I’ve been ordering here periodically for 2 years now. Pizza’s great. Delivery is on time and always great. Service is great. I’ve never had an order be messed up like some reviewers seem to be saying here and I’ve never had someone be rude. They’ve also never skimped on the parm or pepper flakes. In fact I always get way too much. I think the mistake some people who don’t like it made is ordering something other than a pizza or calzone from a pizza place. What do you expect from fast food /delivery grade salad or past made at a pizza place? Just get a fricken pizza!

The pizza is decent, but the service is below average. Used to be my go to spot when I lived by the golf course for carry out but just experienced one of the worst deliveries. Ordered their 2 large pizza deal online. Says $ 19.99 on the website. Called to confirm and the guy that answered said yeah and told me my total with a $ 3 up charge for delivery. Standard nowadays I get it. Asked for ranch, $ 0.50… Asked for parm and chili flakes and he said 3? Uh no… I ordered 2 larges so please give me 6 of each thanks. Said the delivery would take 40 minutes. Delivery took an hour and 15 mins to arrive… Pizza was cold, the price was $ 21.99 for the deal on the receipt, and they only gave me 3 packets of parm and chili flakes. Tipped the driver and off he went. Checked the website and it said below the deal that prices are subject to change without notice… which is their blanket disclaimer but it’s not about the extra $ 2. With Blaze/Pieology popping up, Ameci’s should really focus on customer service and not nickel & dime their customers. There are better options out there. Their pizza is not good enough to outshine their serious flaw in customer service. The bigger franchises have protocol in place. Sad to say this but you know exactly what you’re getting and if you aren’t happy, they have customer feedback options available to improve their level of service. Here I guess Ameci’s doesn’t need the business or don’t care if one less person spends their $$$ elsewhere because they like to slowly grind you for your cash by cutting corners. I even noticed the toppings were a little on the stingy side and the salami which used to be whole pieces are now quartered. Next time I’ll opt for getting a $ 8 pie with unlimited toppings at Blaze around the corner. I could have gotten 3 pizzas for the same price and at most taken 10 minutes from ordering to walking out the door. You used to be that good local spot but now you’re just a below average small operation.

Love the size. We ordered 320″ for 3 families(12 peeps) and had a little left over. I would give 3.5 stars but I just remembered the fettuccine alfredo tasted a little strange. It was also thick and pasty. Gordon Ramsay would NOT approve. Online ordering: quick and easy Delivery: as scheduled Pizza: thin crust, slightly on the oily side but tasted good Fettuccine Alfredo: junk
