DON’T DOIT! Pick another place. After waiting almost 2hrs to get picked up they told us the reason they weren’t there sooner was because they didn’t expect us back until 6. We did a 3 hr trip and were in the water by 11am… you do the math. They had plenty of drivers down there to pick up their canoes but not their customers… Btw why would you be expecting there to be canoes to pick up if you weren’t expecting customers back? huh? We watched 6 of the Bosman’s buses come and go. All they did was make excuses for themselves and didn’t even have the decency I offer an apology-just admit you messed up and make it right! We will N-E-V-E-R go to this place again.

This is too much work for the customers. The setup leaves much to be desired as we spent more time driving ourselves around than actually on the water. We asked for a 3 hour trip, and pulled out at a little less than 1.5hrs. We had to pay 36 for the kayak, a 10 dollar drop off fee, 5 dollar parking fee, and 3% for using a credit card. Our drop off involved us following someone with our own car to our pull out point where we parked for 5 dollars, then got in the car with the owner and were taken to our put in spot. We were given a hand drawn map on how to get our car back to the canoe rental office so we could hand deliver the cushions and paddles to the owner. The kayak stayed where the car was parked. Confused? So were we as it was several miles, detours, and closed bridges to return these wet and dirty items. What happen to bring a non-stryrofoam cooler and we will do the rest?
