The neighbors used Presto to paint their house — they did an excellent job but seemed to take a long time to finish up the projects. Excellent — I need my house painted so I called Presto. I called them 4x and emailed twice. Not a single phone call or response for over a month. Finally, a women called to say someone would be out that day (or the next) to provide an estimate and she would send me an email with the information. She was very apologetic, so things were looking up. Several days later — radio silence. Nothing. Nadda. Zip.
Glad the economy is doing so well companies can afford to ignore potential customers who are willing to spent $ 7000-​$ 10,000.
