It’s refreshing to do business with people that actually care. I had a remote starter installed in my car 2 years ago at Jim’s. I had to replace the computer in my car (Marty there’s a problem with the flux capacitor!”) recently and my remote start no longer functioned due to some high tech things in cars these days. I called and explained my problem (to Jim himself) and he set up an appointment for me right away. Easy peasy fixed. No problems, no hassles, great guy. I’d tell my mom to go there.

I dropped off my 2007 Lexus for what I thought would be a typical interior/​exterior cleaning. When I returned to pick up the car I literally did not recognise my own vehicle!
The interior cleaning job was phenomenal. Every surface was clean and shining… I mean showroom condition. I could not believe it: under the seats, along the door jambs, the vents, EVERYTHING. I have never seen a car look so good.
Jim’s is absolutely the best. If I could give it six stars I would!

Jim just detailed my infiniti. It had not been done ever and being 5 years old, it really needed it badly! On a whim I chose his shop and couldn’t be happier with his work. He polished a world of abuse from the exterior and really made it as new as possible. The interior was just as harsh. Jim created a whole new atmosphere in there that I was stunned with. This very nice but oh so tired looking car I drove in was transformed into a stunning «like new» one. I can’t tell you how happy my wife and I are! Jim and his crew will be doing this car again before too long. My thanks to you guys!

Received a remote car starter from my girlfriend for Christmas. She had already made the appointment to have the device installed. I arrived early (even before their publicized opening) and was greeted warmly. I was initially surprised by the amount of time that the installation was going to take (4 hours). I had no place to go and didn’t want to sit in the shop for that period of time. So, I walked to a local restaurant and got some breakfast. They finished with the installation well before the promised time and I was on my way. The service was very professional and Jim was very patient in explaining how the systerm operated. I had a little trouble with the ignition when entering the car and called Jim to seek his help. He walked me through the process again and it has worked flawlessly since (I was not turning the key in the ignition to the appropriate location — I’m a tad technically challenged). I would highly recommend Jim’s Auto Installations & Detail Center.

I dropped my Acura off for an interior detail on 9÷13÷11. I just purchased this car and unfortunately the previous owner was a smoker. I had the interior fully detailed with a steam clean of the carpets, seats, and headliner. Everything looked fantastic including the leather interior that was in need of a cleaning and moisturizing badly. They also used a machine that neutralizes odors from within the car and the AC system. I can no longer smell the smoke through it!!!
I spoke with Jim about my predicament over the phone and when I dropped the car off. Everything about the whole process was professional. I will be making my way back to Jim for an exterior detail soon enough. Thanks again guys.

Somebody Barfed in my car. It was gross. I brought it to Jim’s to get cleaned and detailed and took the train into work from Ipswich. I returned after the shop was closed but Jim left it for in the lot w/​the keys above the visor. When I got in, I swear it was more gleaming and smelled better than the day i bought it, AND there was a little bag of candies waiting for me on the console! I’m sold. Jim’s my man from now on.

I had them install a remote starter on my Ford Explorer and they did a great job. They were upfront with the pricing so there were no hidden surprises. Nice to have a warm car on cold mornings now! I will definitely be back here for other things and will update.

I had my mini cooper windows tinted here and I had a backup camera installed. They did an excellent job on the windows. Very professional. The tint is perfect. One recommendation. If you know how dark you want to go, you shoudl let them know though, otherwise, they will go the legal limit route.
My backup camera was installed perfectly (wires look good, installation site was clean, etc), but when I back up, I sometimes get lines on my screen. This may be the quality of my camera and not the installation. I have to get a new camera and will come back to update this review. Overall, I would say, defintely go here. Good qaulity service and resonably priced.
