Pros:
1. Currently located 30 feet from my office in the lindquist center and Tuesdays and Thursdays
2. Very quick friendly service
3. Burgers and hot dogs are both good, I liked the Emeril Lagasse hot dog with coleslaw the best
4. The addition of orange and root beer floats on a warm day
Cons:
1. I felt the fries were too soft, I prefer crisper fries.

I ordered the crunchy shrimp taco and would get it again but need to ask for extra sauce next time. It was on top of the lettuce and with a big messy taco, that made it hard to get both the sauce and shrimp in one bite (maybe asking for extra on the side for dipping would be the way to go?).
Really friendly people, super impressively-​clad truck, and a fun oldies but goodies menu.

I can’t give the Box Lunch a five at this point because we’ve only had one thing there, but it shouldn’t be hard based on the experience with the breakfast fries! They hang out on the main drag gong into the farmer’s market and roll in quite the fancy truck. The owner told us about how she had it custom built in Florida.
At the market they offer a number of breakfast specials, including the aforementioned fries. The combo of meat and cheese and meat and cheese and potatoes is as American as you can get! We’re excited about trying it again and at this point it’s going to be our go to spot when we visit the farmer’s market.
