the equipment is outdated and the speakers sound terrible. when you call in and complain the owner of murphy sound of iowa city is extremely rude. (there is only one person by the way, the owner of the business with no employee) beware of this company. there are countless negative reviews on the internet about this particular company with several complaints. the owner tries very hard to remove these reviews. there are lots of other rental companies around town that provide better equipment and professional services. murphy sound is not a professional business. there is no website, email or, professional listing of any kind.
