Be wary if you decide to order online! I placed an online order for a hot pink 5-stem Gerbera daisy arrangement with a unique pink vase and lime green bow for my college daughter’s birthday. What was delivered however was not what I ordered. She received 3 red Gerbera flowers in a cheapo clear glass vase. The only thing that resembled the online photo and description was the lime green bow! When I called to say there must have been a mistake, they said they have the right to change things from what is ordered online if they don’t have it in stock! First of all, that should be clearly stated on their website if that’s their policy. Second, I should have gotten a partial refund because I ordered and paid for the larger 5-stem arrangement and not the less expensive 3-stem one, which of course did not happen. Learned my lesson and won’t be going back there.

DONOTUSETHISFLORIST. My wife used 1−800-FLOWERS and unfortunately, they were the florist used. They were supposed to deliver some flowers and because they couldn’t access the apartment building they 1) either left them with a neighbor that came down or 2) were let in and left them at my mother-in-laws door. Their story keeps changing, so we don’t know. But the bottom line is they didn’t deliver the flowers to the appropriate person. My mother-in-law had to leave town later that night and never received her flowers. Somebody got them, but not the intended. 1−800-FLOWERS subsequently apologized and said they would get the flowers re-delivered. Down To Earth Florist(the owner) left my wife a message and when my wife called her back, she talked down to my wife and was condescending and fought her tooth and nail about correcting THEIR mistake. Just horrible customer service. Maybe they have the best arrangements and deserve to be in the Hall of Fame of flower shops… unfortunately, their customer service is deplorable.
