stay away unless you want to spend the next year telling them you’ve already paid for their service… They did the pest inspection for my new home and they were paid in June. They just came back to my realtor saying 10 of her clients had not paid them yet… Luckily I paid with a check so I could send them a copy of the cashed check with the invoice number on it… I can only imagine this is a tactic they use to collect more money. Shame on them.

I have no idea how well or badly this company performs I didn’t get that far — the owner was really rude to me when I phoned and asked a question. Guess what, there are plenty of companies out there who I can go to, get a professional job done, and who will treat me with respect. It doesn’t matter who calls, a customer, a telemarketer or the man in the moon, treat people with respect. A big thumbs down for rudeness.
This was the Orco on 8240 Chester Dr, Sacramento
