Organizing Coach Company

My experience with Jane and the Clutter Coach team was as good as it gets. I initially conducted research on professional organizers and reached out to a few companies. Jane responded immediately and presented in a professional manner from start to finish. She explained the process in a thorough manner and emphasized how important it would be for me and my spouse to be on the same page in terms of all of our decluttering decisions. I appreciated that.
Gail, our assigned organizer was hands on. With that said, not once did she make us feel like we «had» to throw/​donate anything. She emphasized the importance that we needed to be «ok» with our decisions. Again, much appreciated.
In terms of the price, Clutter Coach was comparable to the other companies I reached out to as well. The professionalism and personal touch were fantastic. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting assistance, guidance, and support with home reorganization.

Clutter Coach Company transformed a very stressful situation into an organized, relaxed, and, actually, enjoyable experience. My elderly father broke his hip and was in a rehabilitation facility. I was led to believe my father would be released in about two weeks and from there would need to go to an assisted living facility. I called the owner, Jane, who was very reassuring and said she could definitely help me with the entire arrangement of the move, although it didn’t give her much time. The very next day I was notified he would actually be released in three days as a medicare patient and would have to start to pay privately. I called Jane and told her, although I had no expectations she would be able to speed up the process. She got into express mode, rearranged her work schedule, and told me her and her staff would pack us up the next day and get my dad moved into his new apartment in assisted living on Monday.
Her and her staff were kind and very professional. Their advice as to what items to pack and move were indispensable. They took care of all the details, including hiring the movers. On the day of the move, I helped a bit at my Dad’s home; primarily I just had to worry about taking care of my dad’s discharge and getting him admitted to his new home.
They lifted a great weight off my shoulders. My dad’s apartment looked like home by the end of the day with pictures hung, everything unpacked, organized, and furniture arranged to advantage. My dad and I could just relax and know we were in extremely capable and caring hands.
Their fees are fairly reasonable and the total cost was far less then the cost of paying for a private pay nursing home bed for three to four weeks. I believe it would have taken me at least three to four weeks to coordinate the move as I live about 80 miles from the area.
I highly recommend their services and would use them again without hesitation. It was truly wonderful to see the smile on my dad’s face when he was brought up to his new apartment. Clutter Coach lent us a healing hand when my dad and I needed it most.

Jane did an awesome job helping me completely reorganize my office. We set up a great filing system and with everything in its place, I spend a lot less time looking for things.
