I completely agree with Elsayed 100%. It’s like you took the words out of my mouth. Too many break-ins and the manager lady just tries to ‘down play it’ by calling it a ‘handful’ of break-ins just so people will keep renting from this awful place. Not only is maintenance very slow with responding to issues, they can’t fix most of them properly the first time. I had to undo numerous bad jobs they did and fix them myself just to make things right. Even simple stuff they should know how to do like putting up blinds. Spend my own maintenance money on top of their ridiculous rent costs that they jacked WAY up when the company took over last year. And don’t get me started on how many buildings that aren’t supposed to have animals actually do!!! When you confront the office about the animals, they like to tell you that«Um, I think they are«emotional companions». Yeah right, how many of them are registered with the city/state? My guess is probably only 1 out the tons that are on site. Someone should audit the place & see the actual paperwork, because I bet there wouldn’t be any. Tenants abusing the system, double standards and rules never enforced. On a monday and wednesday night neighbors shooting off fireworks after 9:30pm at night(and not just sparklers — we’re talking loud firecracker kind). Don’t these people work? Why does the office continue to let this happen? I agree, worst place to live &NOT recommended.

Unsafe place. Multiple break in. Cars in the parking lot or in the garage are breaking in a lot. Almost on regulate bases. Very slow when it comes to responding to issues or maintenance. Unreasonable polices and double standard. Buildings with no animal are In fact with a lot of animals. Never ever again. It is the worst place I have leaved in. Not recommended better find somewhere else where you feel safe.
