The hot water heater in my daughter’s house sprung a leak on a Friday night. She called me in a panic, so I talked her through shutting the water off. Since I had a home warranty, I called the warranty company who said they would have Masters call her. I didn’t expect to hear anything until Monday since the warranty company had a 48 hr response time. Master’s called her on Monday, asking if they could come by and replace the water heater. I was so surprised it was that fast. About a month later, I realized that it needed a city permit, so I emailed them asking about it and got an answer back within 2 hrs. They said they don’t pull the permit because the warranty company doesn’t pay for that, but they would pull it if I wanted them to, but I would have to pay for it. I said yes, so they went and pulled the permit, scheduled the inspector and everything passed. Everything was prompt and professional.

I used their services on 2÷21÷14 to repair a leaking kitchen sink. They replaced the plastic sink strainer pieces and added new pipes under the sink. Cons: They charge 3% for credit cards. They should wear shoe covers for their boots. Pros: They were polite and professional. They called us while they were on their way to our home in the morning. They accept credit cards. They were knowledgeable and helpful and cleaned up after they repaired our sink.
