Worst experience I have ever had with any vehicle dealer ever, & I have yet to visit their showroom in person. I spoke with Eric & made an offer via phone instead of calling me to let me know the motorcycle seller was not interested in my offer & to make a counter offer, Eric simply did not call me back. There is no manual for the motorcycle, or service history & the asking price is high considering the milage & that the manufacturing company no longer exist. I don’t mind negotiating price, but with abysmal customer service I don’t look forward to, or recommend doing buissness with this dealer at all.
Also looks like the employees are liars as well, I made a reasonable offer & never received any phone calls back. Eric F. & his establishment have the worst customer service I have ever expierenced.
