The Smokehouse Shop

The Smokehouse Shop is part of the Kitchen Kettle Village, and offers a variety of hickory-​smoked meats, home-​cured cheeses, PA Dutch Birch Beer, hard pretzels, sandwiches, and cold beverages. I am addicted to their Amish Snack Sticks, which are these little meaty sticks that has a wonderful blend of spices and a nice kick — one can finish the bag in a matter of seconds! They also have samples in the store, so you can try before you buy. The staff here are super friendly and are always ready to offer any assistance. Located across from the Jam & Relish store, check this place out for all your meats/​cheese needs!

Yowzha, this place is amazing! The samples of meats and cheeses were amazing and such a variety?!
The store was organized well and the staff was great! Toothpicks were provided to sample the various wares and boy did BP and I have a blast!
I could tell the products were made of high quality ingredients and the flavors added to the variety offered: Beef Teriyaki, Peppered Beef, Amish Butter Cheese, Jalapeño Cheddar, too many to list!
I had a good time laughing at the names of the hot sauces sold here :)

Of all the shops in Kitchen Kettle Village the Smokehouse Shop would top my list. Although priced at Tourist Prices, and pretty pricy they offer some delicious Meats, and cheeses to sample and purchase. They always have new Meats, and cheeses placed out to sample that are sure to suck you in. Overall If your a smoked meat lover this is a good place to hit up while visiting Kitchen Kettle Village.
