U-Haul Moving & Storage of Inkster

This store is absolutely awful. They gave me a truck that they clearly had not inspected as both front tires were completely bald on the inside edge (which I found out later). While driving, I got a flat tire (no big deal). but when the repairman showed up 2 hours later, he told me that the other tire was on the verge of blowing out at any minute and it would be unsafe for him to fix the flat.
I ended up spending 5 hours on a Saturday afternoon on the side of the highway and then having to be driven in a tow truck, along with the Uhaul, 100 miles back to this location. I dropped the keys in the drop box and left the truck in the back, like they told me to, since they were closed by the time we got there. Then I received a voicemail two days later asking me where the truck was.
There is obviously a huge lack of communication at this location. I dealt with the Canton Uhaul location previously and they were extremely helpful.
I would not recommend this store to anyone.
