Just purchased a steak burrito and chicken tacos and it was sooooooo cold. How can you serve cold food when it suppose to be hot? Never again. I will take my business elsewhere.

Awesome pizza!
Called in to order a personal pizza for pickup. Can’t beat $ 5.50 for an adequately sized pepperoni, and mushroom pie. The two old guys behind the counter were friendly enough, and even greeted me with a polite «you called in the pizza order?» Type of acknowledgement, which was about as good an acknowledgement as anyone could expect. My food was ready as agreed, in 12 minutes. I only planned to eat just two of the four slices, but the flavor made me kill that bad boy off. I can’t cosign for anything other than their pizza, since it’s the only thing I tried, but if that’s the only place I have around here to handle my quick, cheap, pizza fix, then they got me. I rarely, if ever give 5 stars on any place, and I’m withholding the 4^th star because no restaurant should have grimy door knobs. Those handles could use a wet nap.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. The most disgusting thing I ever ate. The fries were cold and stale and the burger meat was burned. Never getting this again. I didn’t even finish my food, which never happens.

Everything is great and especially for the price! Sometimes the delivery may be late but that is because they have dozens or maybe even 100 other deliveries so it is understandable. Important thing is, everything I have gotten has always been delivered, kept warm, and tasted great.

I ordered online and it took over an hour to get here. The pizza was room temperature and it tasted like it’d been sitting out for an hour. Also, the pizza sauce tasted canned. The chicken wings were colder than room temperature. I asked for mild sauce and they gave us, hot, barbeque, and ranch. It seemed like they maybe ran out of mild and tried to make it up by throwing everything in the box instead. Tottino’s seems to have way too much on their menu. Maybe if they cut a few items from it, their food would be better.

Lived in la almost 3 years now. The key to this place is ORDER ONLINE! lol they’re just a couple of old school guys cooking and taking orders so if pampered customer service is what u want, don’t go here… BUT IF YOU’RE EXHAUSTED AND TOO BUSY TO COOK, THIS PLACE IS A GREAT OPTION. Antipasto salad is great! Stuffed baked potatoes are great, burgers are great and the garlic bread as well. Definitely a go to place when time is critical. They move fast.

I don’t live far but I ordered delivery. My food was cold when it arrived and I didn’t get the drink I ordered. Tropical fruit salad is from a can. Horrible. Never order from here.

Order online! Avoid the rude service and use grubhub! I ordered the Alfredo pizza, bbq ribs a la carte & a order of fries. Needless to say the food is good. I was skeptical of the place since their menu is SO long, I would have thought they were bound to suck on one of the categories… But frankly no. It was good, they were quick and food was HOT when I got it.
Pizza– DELICIOUS
Bbq ribs– came with spaghetti (needs flavor) and garlic bread which was SO GOOD. The ribs though were full of tender meat and the sauce was good
The fries– GREAT

I just called them i been dealing with them for over ten years! !!! The man on the phone was so rude! My Friends and I have over $ 40 to order but you no what forget them i don’t need to spend my money on a person who is rude over the phone! Tummy pizza you get our Money

I will never patronize this establishment ever again.
I don’t even want to give them a star.
I just ordered $ 45.00 of food for dinner all four of us got the «teriyaki plate» it was basically rice with teriyaki sauce, and taco ground beef and vegetables, none of us finished out meals, it was so bad that my dog wouldn’t even eat it. After a couple bites I was disgusted. (Definitely didn’t fit the description.)
The garlic bread was soggy and chewy.
The baked potato wasn’t cooked all the way and it was tasteless.
The best think out of the order was the cheese cake,
And that tasted like cardboard around the edges.
I called grub hub who I ordered through, and they denied everything. And said it was made properly and it should have been tasteful and fully cooked.
I could understand 1 person not liking it, maybe 2 but 4?! 4 people said it was disgusting and they are only willing to give me $ 10.00 off… And I now have to go out and buy a 2^nd dinner because my family and dog wouldn’t eat the «Taco teriyaki bowl.» They they sold us. So I will be disputing this charge come 8 am tomorrow morning when my bank opens.

A little hole in the wall with no ambience and two old-​school arcade-​style games with a TV that’s way too loud. Nobody in there… ever. The people who work there seem a little angry and unsocial. But the pizza’s pretty good. The onion rings are «good». I’d keep coming back for the pizza and the prices, but it’s not an «impressive» place.

We’ve ordered from Tottino’s long enough to have sampled just about everything from their menu and we have found this restaurant to be a consistently excellent value. We give high marks for price points, portion sizes, and quality of food. We have also been pleased with their service and their delivery speed. We will continue to patronize this business even though a similar eatery has recently opened in our area.

seems to be a lot of bad review about the service/​owner. Well let me start off by saying I’ve been coming here for years. And the owner has always treated me with great respect. And has gone out of his way to make special orders before.
Moving onto the review.
I believe this place is a bit localized as to how the staff may treat people and that’s why it has a different feel. The owner has always taken my orders with respect as I treat him with respect.
Moving onto the food. I’ve had basically everything on the menu here. I’ll talk a bit about my favorites and what NOT to get lol.
The pizza. Oddly I never went here for the pizza much. I’ve had it and it’s pretty basic. It’s actually not something I would recommend here at all.
Beef Ravioli. It’s one of my favorites here. The ravioli is good, beef is tasty and the marinara is extremely tasty! The amount of food you get with this order is also large and filling.
Calzone. The dough and size of their calzones are large. They definitely fill them up and wow are they tasty! My favorite combination is cheese, marinara, pepperoni and ham.
Sub sandwiches. One of my favorite cheaper places with cheaper ingredients for sandwiches. I usually get the turkey with added roast beef with everything on it.
I HIGHLY recommend the subs as they are full of flavor. I like to eat them with some peppers on the side for a little extra kick.
The burgers. Big, fresh and tasty! Everything you’d want from a burger you’d get here. It’s your basic burger. But they season it very well and all the ingredients including lettuce, tomato, onion all taste fresh.
Tacos/​Mexican food. Well yes they have some Mexican food here and it’s an Italian restaurant… I would recommend never getting the Mexican food here as it’s pretty bad lol. I had the tacos and I’ve had the burritos as well and eek I wouldn’t get it again.
Overall I’d definitely recommend coming by here for some food. You can’t go wrong with the ravioli, sub sandwiches and calzones. The portions are large and the taste is good.
Food: Slightly above average.
Décor: Terrible. Needs to be remodeled VERY badly.
Staff/​Customer service: It’s been good for me. I see the mixed reviews for this. But I just have to say. Treat others how you’d want to be treated. And you’ll get great service.
Cleanliness: The tables and chairs are clean for sure. But the carpet is absolutely disgusting. I think carpets should never go in restaurants.
Bathroom: Clean but old and outdated.
I would of given this place 4 stars if it wasn’t for the décor being really bad and the carpet…

The service is awesome !!! Food is great ! Wings the best and their pizza!!! I don’t usually eat chilli but when i tried their chilli cheese fries i just can stop coming back… The best here is you can have a good deal with their food price… Always giving discount… Yeaaah!!! :-)

This is my first time ordering from here and I will be ordering again. It seems like as soon as I hung up the phone they were here with hot burgers. Their burgers were huge, very fresh and good. I live in a large complex and they often like to make me come out front but the delivery guy came to my door thankfully.

Pretty good pizza! My only complaint is that I ordered 2 pizzas (delivery) and they only brought 2 papers plates, 2 napkins and enough Parmesan cheese for about 2 slices of pizza. *note to self ask for extra everything! Other than that the service was fast and the pizza was not bad at all!

The chocolate musse cake is absolutely delicious. I will definetly be back for another scrumptious slice.
–1 star for mot greeting me until I was ready to order. It looks baf since you walk right in front of him to look at the menu.
–1 star for charging $ 3. 00 when menu says $ 2.95. Think about it: if he tells 20 people that it’s $ 3.00, he just made $ 1.00 more. fix your sign dude !

Ladies, if you’re on your period and craving choclate… mmm.mmm.mmm it will melt in your mouth.

Boy on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I tried to tell him that I had no service and missed the driver and his first response was «What do you want me to do about it?» So I said, «I was wondering if they could resend it.» With that he screamed «refund it?!» I said, «No, resend it. I had no service in the building. Is there any way you can resend it?.» He responded with a rude «Well why didn’t you answer your phone?» I gave up and told him he was being rude and I did not want his pizza anymore. I’m glad I was going to pay in cash and did not give out my credit card number. I will never order from here again.

Unilocal doesn’t allow no star reviews. This place is the absolute worst and the owner knows it because his attitude is terrible, especially when your complaining about the sub-​par food they deliver…
