Taco Bell

DRIVE-​THRU: Takes a little long for even small orders but have always gotten my order right!
WALK IN: I’ve only walked in once because the drive thru line was so long so I thought it would be quicker but boy was I wrong! They have like protective glass and a little speaking hole like how they do at movie theaters (which I thought was odd because I’m new to California and was born and raised in Hawaii and you don’t see that there).the guy who was taking orders seemed slow. I repeated my order 4 times and it was just nachos! I had to shout in order for him to hear me. I felt uncomfortable speaking at that loud of a volume. I waited (no joke) about 20 minutes for my simple 1 order of nachos! (They were not even good the chips were soggy and the whole thing was a hot mess). While I was waiting I had the opportunity to watch 3 separate people/​couples walk out because the guy taking orders couldn’t give them the information on simple menu questions. he just kept saying «I don’t know» and just stood there and stared at the customers. It was painful to watch. Some people got tired of waiting and just left. I would recommend that if you really want Taco Bell to hit the drive thru or to pick another spot!
