I I am going back to the store for the third time today to get my drink made properly. The first times excuse was someone new making the coffee, the second time excuse was no excuse. How many times does it take to Starbucks to get your coffee made right???

I usually don’t give bad reviews… I try best not to, but I would give this place ONESTAR… that’s how bad it is… but it’d be silly to give a place one star that I willingly go to EVERYDAY. Lol… I go everyday to get my daily Starbucks fix, because it’s very close to home and has a drive thru. Thank God they are building another Starbucks on Manchester, which is even closer to me. Newer locations tend to give better customer service. This location has put a bad taste in my mouth, because of the quality of service… No one has ever been rude, but wait times are exceptionalky long… I have been in the drive thru for 20 minutes… Litter and trash abound… And the employees aren’t always friendly. The Starbucks franchise has set such a high standard everywhere else that if you come to this location, you will see the difference.

This STARBUCKS is soooooooooo slow!!! I waited at Drive Thru window for over 20 min with a simple order. Not once did the barista apologize for the delay which was very disappointing. The drinks were great but the wait is horrible especially when there is no effective communication.

Christine, the girl on drive thru, has greatly improved since she started. I have had a run in with her before, but everytime since she’s been very sweet, she explained to me that Starbucks was her first job experience and she is still learning how to be in customer service and how to deal with conflict with a customer. I will continue to go back to this Starbucks location and encourage Christine and all the other young adults that work there.

Absolutely the most rudest service you’ll ever get. Beware of Nicole. She is an absolute bitch who knows nothing of «decent» customer service. I have recorded her rude actions and I am letting corporate know about how unnecessarily rude she is. My sister just asked for an iced coffee with nothing in it. There is nothing wrong with regular black coffee but apparently she has a problem with it. I hope your reading this Nicole, your not getting away with this.

Not a bad spot, although the baristas look as if they’re swamped with orders so they may not get to yours right away. The main complaint I have is that it’s consistently cold inside and they never turn down the AC. Other than that, it’s clean, the baristas are professional and friendly and it’s aiiight for the location that it’s in.

I usually only use the drive-thru and it does take a while but not as long as it took today 1÷26÷161:00 p.m. I was in the drive-thru line for over 25minutes and when I pulled up to the window the guy asked for my order again! So I repeated and I followed that up with So do you still have to make it? and he said no, it’s done. Yeah right!!! He still had to make my drink ugh! add another 6 minutes to my 25 minutes…

I don’t know why I keep coming back to this starbucks. Ordered coffee with SOYMILK at drive thru. When I saw the cup it was obviously noticeable that it is made with milk. Told the cashier that it is not soy and she said it was. So fine I took it and drove away. I took a sip and guess what? It’s made with milk. I drive back into the drive thru to have them correct it. Who ever makes the drinks for the drive thru pay attention and/or learn how to read.

I usually stop by on my way to work. Things have drastically improved since my last review. They always remember what drink I order and make it very quick. The drive thru line is still backed up sometimes but if you go inside it is usually a lot quicker.

This starbucks doesn’t have anything. Every time I come here they always run out of food and drinks. I have been waiting here at the drive thru for more than 15 min with no cars in front if me. It’s pretty slow inside but no one is greeting me or anything. When they finally came they were super unfriendly. I will not come back here.

On October 10th I placed an order for a nice coffee and Grande quad expresso. When I take out the drinks I realize that my quad expresso was made with mocha instead of white mocha. So I explained to Crystal my barista and she kindly made me my correct drink and she was very sweet and made me feel like I was the most important customer. :-) this truly made my day since there are so many companies they don’t enforce customer service and there’s so many people that work behind the register and have a frown on their face but Crystal on the other hand was a pleasant person I will definitely be returning back to this store time and time again

What a horrible experience! Christine, the drive-thru worker has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered! Like why work in customer service if you’re mad at the world? Long story short, after being called a «stupid ass hoe» by Christine I will NEVER return to this establishment. I’m surprised that they’ve stay in business this long, considering their ghetto antics.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They charge me a different amount every single time I come here. I order the same two drinks and sandwich every single time. Be very wary and make sure to keep your receipt. Their staff is also rude and condescending when they speak to you.

Really sorry to say this but in one visit they totally destroyed the meaning of customer satisfaction! You guys suck! Being charged double, they burnt the croissant we ordered because was cold first time so they got attitude when I send it back, so guess what I sent it back again cause was black! Make a nasty latte(and they charged me double for it) woooo all in one transaction… I almost forgot my traveler of dark roast was horrible! Dark roast doesn’t mean burnt and water down coffe! Is not my first time here but im in usually in the afternoon.. different team of people I guess! So let’s be specific«morning people you suck! Big tie!» Cheers!!!

Descent Starbucks that has a drive thru. Not worth the wait though, always faster going inside. Service was fine, not great, drink came out quick and tasted fine. I had a large, sugar free java chip blended with an extra shot and it fueled me through the rest of a long afternoon. Clean store, enough seating, I would rather have coffee at a local business, but this was fine while passing through the area.

So… Is Starbucks good at food… or NAH? :-/ Wifey and I ordered via-drive-thru. She ordered a sandwich that she was raving about(Bacon/Egg/Gouda on ciabatta bread) This was my 1st time ordering a breakfast sandwich from Bucks. I ordered the Double Smoked Bacon & Cheddar. The egg.meh. It was like any other fast food joint quick fix. The bacon… in my honest opinion was undercooked.(see pics I posted) the edges were crispy but the majority of the bacon was limp and ‘light’ colored. Looked slightly raw… which could get someone really sick… It’s pork for goodness sake. It kinda scared me… I didn’t want to take chances so… I deconstructed the sandwich, took the bacon off & threw it in the microwave for several secs on both sides. Put it back on & it was fine. Tasted great! lol I could can taste the smoke from the bacon and it wasn’t undercooked anymore. Maybe Starbucks should consider serving coffees, teas and cutesy little desserts. But brekkie sammiches? I don’t know… –____–

Pro– drive thru Con– it is always packed. It’s in a shopping center so parking can be tricky depending on time. Service is alright. Nothing extraordinary but not terrible either. Not a good place to do work if you like peace and quiet. I’m usually in and out, don’t really stick around longer than I have to. It’s a love hate thing…
