Didn’t even make the appointment. Dentist is in on some days, hygienist is in on other days. Appointment for initial exam and X-rays not available for two weeks and then would have to POSSIBLY schedule another appointment for cleaning. Latest appointments are at 4:00PM. TWO appointments needed for the initial exam, x-rays and cleaning. Not very practical.

I’ve been going to Dr Johnson for around 25 years. Whether an emergency or a planned visit I always have received the best in care and service. Also convenient is that there are two locations where you can get work done. Dr Johnson is a true professional and does some of the best root canal and veneer work in the city.

I will never go here ever in life. This Dentist was in a rush to make a Christmas party. Couldn’t wait for the novocaine to kicking. He rushed through the job. Sent me out the door in pain. Had to go to another dentist within 48 hours because I was in so much pain. To complete the job that he RUSHON to go to a Christmas party. Patients Beware

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my entire life. I only decided to go because I felt the need to support my local business however, I wish I would have followed my first mind and went somewhere else. The office is old, dirty and the customer service lines up with the office culture. I could not get xrays because I am pregnant so Dr. Johnson looked at my teeth and sent me to the hygentist for a cleaning. The hygentist was extremely rude and not sympathetic to the fact that I was literally sitting there with tears rolling down my face. She was not gentle then had the nerve to say if I would be still she would finish faster. Lastly I received a bill for $ 238 and I don’t even know what its for. They didn’t do anything and I’m insured with a PPO. I will NEVER go back to this office again. I pray to God they read this review.

Had my first visit here today and I’m not impressed at all. 2 reasons: 1) it’s DIRTY, 2) no customer service skills at all. Floors look like they haven’t been swept in months; made me feel very uncomfortable. While taking my X-rays and taking me to the rooms, assistant was completely silent. My appointment was at 9:30, an hour later at 10:30 I asked what was going on and they told me they had 3 people in front of me. I don’t have time to wait around for hours so I left and I will be switching dentists with my insurance company ASAP.

I want to thank Dr. Burgess for taking good care of my brother. I am very opinionated at times. But when I write reviews I am speaking from either a bad experience or great experience. First of all you don’t find many dentist that will take your out of town insurance. Delta dental of Tennessee is what my brother has and this office was nice of enough to take him as an emergency patient to relieve his pain. Root canals can be very painful and I will do whatever it takes to make sure my brother is in good hands. I didn’t have that many reviews to go off of but what I can say is that Dr. Burgess is the best and my brother had a pain free experience.

I’ve been going to this dentist for over 10 years now. This is by far easily the best dentist I’ve had in my life. I’ve recommended this dentist to my friend’s and they are happy with the great work that’s been done for them. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be comfortable and excellent work to be done.
