The service was bad. They didn’t seem happy to be at their job and the energy transcended. Had to wait 10mins for the food and it was only 9:30pm. In & Out here I come.

I found a piece of plastic in my food and almost choked on it. I wonder why they would use plastic when making our food.

the orange chicken here is soooooo bomb! If i could, I’d eat it everyday! haha the only downside here are the prices and the fact that the tables could’ve been cleaner. I paid $ 7.56 for a little container and it didn’t satisfy my appetite :(if they lowered their prices and gave bigger portions then I’d be in heaven.

Very skimpy on the portion sizes, they just give you a half scoop of whatever you order and move you along. Line is always very long, I will not be back nor recommend this location primarily because of the skimpy portions for what you pay! Several other fast Chinese places give you much more along with better service!

I went to Panda Express on Century near Crenshaw on 09÷03÷15 and ordered the orange chicken, broccoli with beef, chicken fried rice and chow mein. I ordered the food to go. The service was great and it wasn’t a long wait. However I later discovered that the orange chicken was not fresh. It was horrible. It was hard and crunchy. It tasted like it was days, maybe weeks old. I became sick. The other items tasted ok. I didn’t bother too take the food back. I will not go back there. I was surprised because this is the first time I had a bad food experience from any Panda Express. In the past, the food was great.

Customer Service was horrible! Let me clarify, the manager Juan, lizzy Chantel were typical panda express employee, However Erica act as if she couldn’t speak or was it rated by my 10 year old son, the elderly black woman and working class black man who stood behind us… however her mouth was open and cheerful with the two customers ahead of us… strange but ok.. then as we waited for her to send my son’s food to the cashier, she decided first to refill the chicken and some broccoli bowl dish.. I was bothered and thinking that’s is becoming a trend in LA… sorry I digress… It wasn’t until my son brought it to my attention, that I decided to address the manager, Juan. Surprisingly Juan was open, agreed and disgusted.. so 5 stars to Juan for appearing to be caring and supportive… However caring and supportive the Manager is… my Green Dollars will not be used in an business that is not colored blind! Green is the key to EOE and to end racism! Money talks ppl!

Never have I ever complained to any fast food places, The Panda Express in culver city is the worst places to ever fucking go. Literally dry ass orange chicken and when I asked if I can get a new one the stupid ass chick had the nerve to look at her co-workers and laugh, what kind of disrespecting ass person does that to customers that bitch got me fucked up. I straight told her ass, you better wipe that smile off your face before I call your corporate and get your punk ass fired! Idk why these fucking people think it’s okay to be rude to customers. Can’t wait till Monday to talk mad shit to this unprofessional ass LIZZY female

this panda used to be great but recently there has been a change in staff so there are certain workers that don’t look like they like being there. yesterday i was left waiting for my food and no one communicated to me what was happening so i looked like an idiot waiting and an employee was on the other side of the counter, she didn’t bother to tell me what was going on which made things horrible

As someone who used to work at Panda Express, I expect good service as I know the rules and functionality of their establishment. For whatever reason, at lunch hour they only have two people filling up dish plates and the girls get so over worked and stressed out that they really suck! I got no fork, and the wrong sauce. There is no communication between the girls as they look like they hate each other. This particular location needs a manager on site to help them figure it out.

I decided to stop at this location because I love panda express but ugh big mistake food is too sweet, I don’t know if the have different recipe from the other pandas, service is not good, I understand that is a fast food restaurant and I don’t expect to much. I will think twice before come to this place… if you want to try some good panda go to Figueroa by USC.

I must be honest, I’m not a fan of Panda but to support the school fundraiser off to Panda we went. The line was long but moved along quite nicely, the staff was great, smiling, helpful, and even took the time to offer samples in the midst of the crowd. The food was good, thanks Panda Express!

This location closes at 10:30pm, but they stop making food an hour before. If you’re going to eat her, make sure it’s early. If you go any later than 9, just be aware that you will have old food and limited choices. Many of the plates they had were also limited to one item… for example, the beef with broccoli was only broccoli as they had given all of the beef away. The same thing went for the chicken with string beans — no chicken, just string beans. I feel that they should close earlier if they don’t plan on making food after a certain time — There was a line when we went and many of the people were turned down for food.

Depends what time you go. If its busy its great cuz they keep adding fresh food. If not, wait till they make the new stuff. Love the orange chicken with stream rice.

This Panda is cool. I don’t like the stupid ass loud cars with their retarded ass rims almost running me down as I cross the parking lot. Service is always quick and easy here. However, this shopping center is full of idiots who can’t seem to drive in or out of traffic.

I work in the same shopping center as this Panda, and I have yet to be let down. I realize that this is not«authentic» chinese food, but for fast americanized chinese food, it doesnt get any better than Panda. The staff at this location are great too!!! My favorite: Kung Pao chicken over steamed rice. yummy!

I went here because I had a free coupon for the new Thai Cashew Chicken. It was okay, particularly not a favorite of mine at this joint. The restaurant was clean and had a good flow. Samples were given out if you couldn’t make a decision. I got the rice, chow mein, mandarin chicken and the thai cashew chicken. Ummmm pretty ordinary and good enough. I am now reminded why I don’t come here. It’s cool if you’re craving it but I’d rather not go here for chinese food. The parking lot here sucks!
