Clean. The seats are dirty, NO HOT WATER AT ALL, I booked the hotel at
and the girl never charged me yet. Which was so annoying

Love the people who run this location. Super Sweet. Spacious Rooms. Best Room Rate for the location and amenities which include a microwave and fridge. Safer location than most. I enjoy this spot and feel positive when I am here. Its quiet and never any problems.

Don’t do it! Cockroaches everywhere, toilet seat had burn marks, smelled like cigarettes, paint coming off walls, floors dirty, bad parking, AC unit was falling apart. We lost a brand new bar of soap in the shower drain. Shower floods. This place looks like your stereotypical shitty crackhead motel you would see in movies. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a homicide in each room

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Where would I even start? Upon arrival, the room that I got was located at the furthest end near the dumpster. But hey, I thought, it is a motel, so I shouldn’t expect too much, right? As I walked in to the room and tried to turn on the light, nothing would turn on. There was no electricity in the room. They gave me a different room, and I can’t even say that the next room had any redeeming qualities whatsoever. Half of the lamps did not have lightbulbs, the mirror was horribly cracked down the middle, and the room reeked like a dead corpse. When I expressed it to the receptionist, especially about the lights, she said that they were working on the lights, which I did see some guys working on the first room, the one without the electricity. But how can the second room have lights at all when there were no lightbulbs???
I asked for a refund– the first time I ever have from any motel, and I hopped over to a different motel down the street, which is MUCH nicer, better, all the lights actually work, and it doesn’t smell like a dead corpse. I did realize that I forgot my phone charger in Lotus Motel. I came back to pick it up, but they laughed about it, and when I checked in the room, it was gone.
WORST motel I’ve EVER been to, and I’ve been to plenty cheap motels. Will never return even if it’s free– I’d rather sleep in my car rather than feeling like there are dead carcasses underneath the bed, thank you very much.
