LA Adventurer All Suites Secure Gated Parking Lot

Please do not use this place ever. I rarely write reviews but this place was so bad I felt obligated to write one. First off they had one shuttle running so we waited 1 hour just for the shuttle to come. The guy who picked us up was extremely rude and seemed to care more about talking with people than helping the customers. When we went to go pick up our vehicle, the lobby receptionist lost the paper work! It was just a horrible experience and the customer service was far below par. The quality of service was just so bad I hope no one else gives this place their business.

Poor customer service. The paperwork they give to you when you leave your car tells you what number to call when you’ve arrived at the airport after your trip — and it says on that paperwork to look for a white shuttle with red and blue balloons on the side. NOT TRUE! Because of this information, we ignored black shuttles — and just happened to notice a black shuttle with the words ADVENTURER on it, as it was PULLING AWAY. Therefore, we missed it!!! We called for another shuttle, waited 15 minutes, called again and were told it would be another 30 minutes! We complained, and were told to take a taxi and be reimbursed. That’s what we did, but it meant that we didn’t get back to pick up our car until a hour and 15 minutes after our flight had landed. That’s unacceptable.

DO NOT PARK HERE! $ 700+ worth of items, shoes, etc stolen from the trunk of my car!!! And personal documents from the glove box were out and gone through! On top of that my boyfriend missed his flight waiting an hour for the shuttle, had to pay $ 700 for a new flight and a cab ride home/​back. And the shuttle never picked him up! $ 30 über ride to pickup the car. Management doesn’t return calls. Awful awful awful place, had great reviews on an LA parking site somehow but I really wish I had checked Unilocal first.

I like to give businesses a second chance.
I’ve given this business 3^rd chance and it let me down all 3 times.

Yes, they have low daily parking rate but they lie on their website that there are shuttles every 15 mins. They only have one shuttle and it’s not too close from the airport so there is no way you will EVER be picked up in less than 30 mins.

Quick stay. Quite a unique set up. Dont plan on a luxury experience. Rooms were big bed was comfortable and TV worked, unlike the Ramada in anaheim. Bathroom was dated but spotless and in good shape. Give a 2 star because it is a little scary. Lots of security. No worries if you can get over the appearance.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly. The free muffins in the morning are great too. Can’t go wrong.

THE GOOD:
Fast shuttle to LAX with friendly drivers in clean vehicles.
Their rates are some of the best around for long term parking but you will pay for it in other areas.
THE BAD:
My girlfriend and I chose LA Adventurer because our normal long term parking lot increased their rates. First thing’s first, the parking lot where your car is parked is OFF SITE. When you arrive you pull up in a hotel style valet parking area in front of the hotel. There are lots of cars parked on both sides making it very cramped, and guests hanging around the lobby and parking lot in large groups (it’s kind of like a motel with more amenities situated in the not best part of town, but hey it’s near an airport).
Checking in, dropping the car off and getting to the shuttle was easy despite the 15 or so guests who were sitting on their luggage taking up the whole lobby even though they had already checked in and had their rooms.
When we arrived back from our trip a week later picking up the car was easy, if I’m nit picking they allowed me to pick up the car even though the reservation was under someone else’s name, but that didn’t bother me so much what really got me was the CONDITION OF MY CAR when I got it…
The cabin of the car smelled faintly like engine or rubber, the engine was cool so I could tell it had been sitting for a little bit. When we departed for home we turned two corners before the cabin of the car smelled overwhelmingly like burning rubber and a seriously burned clutch. It became immediately apparent that whoever drove the car from the lot did not know how to drive a manual transmission car and burned the clutch so bad that you could smell nothing else besides the engine. I immediately called LA Adventurer back. They told me the person who is responsible for the car portion of the business was not in and to call back– Her name is Sonia (or Sonya).
We drove all the way home and the smell did not go away. The car sat for 3 days after that before being driven again…
THE UGLY:
When driving my car three days later to work everything seemed fine and I was about to forget about the whole thing then… 30 minutes into my trip the smell returned. When I got to work I called LA Adventurer back and they again told me Sonia wasn’t in and she doesn’t keep regular office hours. I left my number and requested an expedited call back. I waited 1 day, on the second day I called back (3^rd call so far). Sonia was in but refused to take my call because she was in a meeting although she was able to communicate multiple times with the front desk by asking questions through them while I was on the line. They said they needed time to look at my reservation (which has nothing to do with the incident) and they would call me back «hopefully by the end of the day.» They never called. When I called the fourth time the following day I was told Sonia again was unavailable to talk and to try calling back again.
Over the course of this time the smell is persistent and there is evidence of a growing problem with the car due to the improper handling of my vehicle by LA Adventurer Hotel. They refuse on a managerial level to communicate at all with me regarding my situation, even to tell me they’re not liable for damages. Their management is a disgraceful team of people who clearly offer cut rate prices for services that harm the consumer and a philosophy not to follow up or be hospitable in any way. Customer service is not their business. A shameful waste I will have to pay for with insurance or out of pocket. DO NOT GO HERE!

I know its cheap, but please do not waste your time and money. Pay the extra $ 5 PLEASE! I arrived at the hotel to park my vehicle and catch a ride to LAX. That was all fine, the issue was getting back. I waited over an hour at the «Hotel and Courtesy» section I called numerous times and they continued to tell me, «we were here». So I waited, when i was finally picked up, the driver (Brandon) wanted to argue with me. Then I arrive back at the hotel and my reservation was moved to the following day, though I have a confirmation paper showing the correct date. So I waited an additional half hour for my car to come. Worst experience EVER! After a long flight you simply want to get home ASAP!

This is the WORST place EVER!!! We have stayed at this hotel because of the close location to the airport. It is VERY dirty and when we stayed here they gave us a room 2 doors from the bar. I had to call at 2am to ask them to turn music down because it was still EXTREMELy loud and full of patrons. We had to be at airport at 6:30 am. Because We had stayed here before I thought it would be ok to buy parking for the 4 days I was gone. I saw reviews at
(which I now think are fake) and were all good so I did it. I returned to my beautiful light blue A4 audi FULL of bird poop!!! When i advised front desk, they were rude and said not to get mad at them to TELL manager (who is off site), after pressuring her she said she would call the Manager, but said I needed to come in because she was not going to come out after calling manager (I was at my car at front door). The Manager offered a drink and to bring our car to a car wash (I asked my husband cuz we were running on 3 hours sleep and just came from 4 am to 4pm from Mexico City thru Dallas, to see this, and we live 88 miles away), my hubby wanted see what else they could do, so she said would give us $ 5 or $ 6 cash to wash our car??? So my hubby said lets have the drink and have them go get car washed. We got our drinks and just 25 minutes later our car was back, it looked lik the side was just rinsed and the car was still dirty, my husband wanted to get on road so we left. The paint is now damaged. The customer service and no urgency is horrible, they do not really care because they only serve out of towners — – STAY FAR AwAY as possible from This place… I am going to post pics on Unilocal — in addition the friend of the bartender was smoking pot at the Tikki Bar— so unprofessional

Waited 1 hour & 45 minutes to get picked up from LAX. They promised a pick up of 20 – 30 min when we called but the shuttle never came. Spend a few more dollars to park at closer lots. You will thank me for it.
Also, the actual «hotel» itself is sketchy at best. It’s actually a hostel filled with drugged out looking «guests».

TIME, money & value of people are extremely vital in BUSINESS!!! It doesn’t matter how many years you’ve been in business, it doesn’t hold weight or a damn dime or even mean that YOU (management, director, CEO or owner) are doing it productively or effective inorder to build a strong customer relation. I’m compelled to writing this LA HOTEL (Inglewood, CA) review so that other future customers do not experience what I did from 22 July 2015 to 4 August 2015 which I called the Hotel 15 x’s (310.419.0999) and also their accounting department (310.674.5885) due to their inaccurate financial info. on my bank statement. The Manager Keith dodged my calls 5 x’s and the hotel check-​in rep. «Etha» stated my account was clear & they reimbursed my Hotel deposit last week in which the HOTEL never did. The account rep. «Anabel» keep stating the hotel Manager «Keith» will contact you in 3 – 4 days in order to handle the incident (hotel bank deduction with NO credit) after my many attempts (calls) which KEITH never returned my calls, not ONE! Every time I called the hotel Keith (hotel manager) was conveniently just stepped out of the hotel. This was 13 – 14 days of phone call hell with this hotel management which I had to cancel my visa card on Aug. 4 & report a fraudulent transaction due to the hotel management lack of business ethics, who where extremely unprofessional, uncooperative, invalid financial info., incorrect financial statement, inconsistent with accurate information, etc. The hotel room reeked of POT smell: carpet, bed, sofa, etc. VALUE your TIME, money & peace of mind and STEER FAR… far away from LA Adventurer All Suites Hotel!!!

I feel compelled to write a review so people that pay for plane tickets do not miss their flight. So we arrive and we circle the place 3 times because the whole front lot is packed. I jump out of the car and run in to ask where to park our car. The place is filled with sketchy people and is a dump! The front desk girl was so disinterested and seemed annoyed that I was even there. So she tells us to squeeze our car in the entrance driveway. We waited for about 30 minutes for our shuttle and listen to very unprofessional interactions between employees, when suddenly our driver (who was sitting right in front of us) gets up and tells us it’s time to go!
On the way back, we wait almost an hour after we call for our shuttle at midnight. The guy gets out and opens the door. He then watches our teen girls drag our suitcases
onto the shuttle and doesn’t even try to help. When we get there, the girl searches through every basket system behind the counter to look for our keys. With zero communication of what is going on, she walks out with some shady crackhead and they take off in a car. I ask the other counter girl if she was getting our car and she just dismissively nods at us. We wait for another 20 minutes and the two jump out of our car. The shuttle guy was parked in front of us and we asked him to move. He told us to go in reverse to get out, so we had to run a
light to get out because it was an entrance only! Needless to say, do not park there.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO PARK, STORE AND SUPPLY YOUR SHUTTLE TO AND FROM LAX. We waited 2 hours to get picked up at LAX and were LIED to repeatedly that the shuttle came and did not see anyone — there were 5 of us waiting per instructions exactly where we were supposed to be. We all finally took a cab to retrieve our vehicles. KEITH the manager, we were told «went home». As of today he has been avoiding my calls for 4 hours now.

If hell was real, this would be it. Meth heads all over the place. Decrepit service. The bar tender was extremely awesome though !

When I first walked in the front desk girls ignored me did not even greet me as I stood there with no other customers around me. It was so messy and disorganized not coming again checking at another hotel terrible front desk customer service

Bottom line: don’t ever stay here or use their parking service for LAX.
This place is a crack house dump. I should have read the reviews before booking. They get you in with very cheap parking rates. They have one ghetto shuttle. It took 45 minutes to get to the airport because they wanted to «fill it as full as they could». It’s broken down and a passenger had to kick the doors to get out.
Coming back we called as soon as we landed and they said they were sending the shuttle. We waiter over a hour and three phone calls later got a taxi to the crack house hotel. We told the woman at the front desk how long we wait. All she said was «Sorry. Your car is through the doors by the pool. Bye»
DONT EVER COME NEAR THIS PLACE. They do not care about you, your time, or your business. One look at the place and you know its a drug hang out.

This place advertises 24 hour pick up and service.
I called when we first landed, then called back 10 minutes later when at bag claim. There after we waited 25 minutes at the pick up line at the airport.
We finally arrived to the location and were told they cannot get our car. The lady who worked for the hotel portion was at least pleasant.
Anyhow they finally found someone who was allowed on the lot to go get our car. I was not clearly instructed upon drop off by that days attendant that I needed to put the exact time I wanted to pick up the car. Unfortunately I would not know exactly anyhow because arrivals can change.
So we waited The extra 45 m waiting so the guy could locate our car and move others to get it out. The timing was unfortunate because it is in the middle of the night. And it is a work day.
Reasonable rates but definitely not the quickest.. & not the 24 hour service as advertised. :(
By this experience I have learned they do not park all the cars here.
I’m glad the clerk is at least pleasant at this time in the morning.
ALL said and done. it took 1 hour 40 minutes from the time we called to get our car and leave.

I would prefer giving this dump a 0 or ½ star, but Unilocal is too kind. My boyfriend selected this place using the groupon promotion, but I wish I could turn back the time and never made the reservation.
He then called them five minutes later to see if he can change the pickup time by a few hours. They recommended doing it online and made it seem like it was complimentary. After completing the change, we didn’t see any any additional charges on the final price. Little did we know, a $ 6 charge was placed on my credit card a day later without any email/​explanation.
We were already driving towards the parking lot by the time we saw the charge on our online credit activity so we disregarded it. However, we discovered the location and establishment of where our car will be residing for the week and our jaws dropped to the floor. This place is ghetto, disgusting and eerie.
Just as previous reviewers stated, couches are filthy, the van is dingy and dirty, the drivers look like crack addicts, the parking lot is narrow and cramped, the pickup time took 50 minutes!!! That’s epic! I’ve never had to wait for almost an hour to get picked up by an airport shuttle company that claims to roll around lax every 15 minutes. It took 3 phonecalls and a description of my boyfriend’s outfit. He’s 6’2 and wearing a maroon sweater… Unlikely to miss.
I will never use this airport parking or any groupon airport parking deals again. I feel cheated.

I found a «deal» online where i could park my car for $ 36 for a whole week! and a free shuttle to LAX every 15 minutes. WoW!
When we arrived at this um (cant call it hotel) location… we dropped off the car in a very tight driveway. while we waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle, we were afraid to sit on the couches in the lobby. They look really dirty and nasty!
Because the shuttle was late, there were alot of customers waiting. we all would nto fit into the van, so they brought out some bus, and we somehow got squeezed in.
Luckily, this bucket made it to the LAX and unloaded all the passengers at their terminals…
Coming back.
I called them off the plane, saying we landed. I called them after we got our luggage 10 mins later and said we’re waiting for shuttle. I called them 30 minutes later to find out where the driver got lost?! i was told «The shuttle got full, and had to come back, we’ll send him out again after you in a minute». we ended up taking a cab back to this s-​hole, which cost me another $ 20.
They did not valet the car to the front of the hotel — heck no! They gave me the keys, and pionted the finger towards the back and said «PARKING LOT THERE».
So my wife and I had the «pleasure» of walking through the pool area, which was just discusting, through a hallway, where a ceiling lamp was shattered and the pieces were all over the floor, to the rear parking lot. The car was dusty, but Okay. Lucky us.
If you’re thinking about staying at this ummm… establishment… — you’re crazy! If you think of eating or drinking here — you’re insane!
Leaving a car here is totally NOT WORTH IT!
Next time I will pay $ 10/​day and park it closer to the LAX.
With all he rules and regulations, health, safety, and other codes, I am surprised that the government did not shut this place down.
