Hollypark Knolls

Great place to stay at, very peaceful, quite, specious rooms and clean. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Individual garages, close to century blvd where all restaurants and shops are there. gated and secured area. You get what you paid for, if you like a more secured area you selected the right place!

This is not a slum. This is a beautiful place with helpful staff and a great location. It also has great amenities, including outdoor patios, bar-​be-​que areas, onsite laundry rooms (that are clean), individual parking garages with garage doors to keep your car safe, a 24-​hour guard at the gate, and additional storage.

Where are all of the bad reviews? Several months ago there were at least 20 horrible reviews about his place.
HOLLYPARK KNOLLS PUNISH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SIGN LEASES BY INCREASING THEIR RENT TWICE A YEAR TOTALING OVER A 20% INCREASE ANNUALLY.
1. There are no amenities unless you count a garbage disposal and a shared garage.
2. The landscaping was the best feature and it is gone. There is mulch all over the place. There is some sort of fungus growing out of the mulch that runs onto the sidewalk.
3. There is carpet in the outside hallways and the carpet is filthy.
4. The buildings are old and the units are small.
5. Hollypark Knolls claim that the property is secure but there is only one guard at the entrance. The guard has to make rounds so he is hardly there. Plus anyone can enter the property through the back gate when anyone leaves or they can walk in when anyone enters the front gate.
6. The photos on their website showing the diversity of the community is misleading. The community is predominately African American and Hispanic. There is nothing wrong with that but the first photo that you see is a white family. I lived there for 6 years and there were several white senior citizens who have since moved but I’ve only seen one white family and they did not even stay an entire year.
7. When I moved in the rules stated that pets were not allowed. The place looks like a dog park. People inform them about the dogs and nothing is done.
