A Big, big improvement. not sure if this is under new management or what because I hadn’t been to this cleaners for 2 years. I dropped my skirt off Friday and she said, it will be ready tomorrow which is Saturday. I was pleasantly greeting with a hello and a smile. I arrived on Saturday to pick up my skirt and again I was pleasantly greeted. It was pretty busy and they treated all customers with respect. My skirt needed a little stitch which was done Nicely. My skirt looked like I just bought it from the store. This is my cleaners again. Hope they keep up the good work.

Since the old manager, Mary, left, service has been amazing! Their new management and employees get things done very effectively and for reasonable prices! Definitely going back!

I went there on 10÷01÷14 and was treated very rudely. The female who attended me seemed bothered by me being there. Never welcomed nor thanked me for choosing their services. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried them the following week. The same female attended me and yet again, she was condescending, rude, did not make any eye contact, smiles or anything. Overall an extremely dis satisfying encounter. I would stay away from this place and I’m campaigning to tell as many people I know to go somewhere else. I’m still upset that I gave them a second chance! Also, very unorganized

This was my cleaners for 30 plus years was excellent til abt a month ago brought my favorite fancy blouse in to b clean they cleaned it b4 so I didn’t encounter there being a problem it’s has pleate’s @ waist it kinda gather there for the sexy cut anyway they pressed all the pleat’s out n now it looks like a big ass mo –no shirt $ 50 blouse I have called got the manager Ron spoke one time he said he can fix went to pick up n it was the same demage blouse been calling daily to see what can u do to make it right no response I consider my self a value customer so I reported it to the better business n that Mary hot mess I guess her culture they value rudeness I’m totally shock n hurt by this cleaners lack of responsibility to it’s customer so beware !!

The people here are very rude and overall this place conducts bad business. I took my hotel comforter cover(a over 200 $ item) to be pressed and it was brand new out of the bag. The pick up date was given and we had to go back twice after the date and when we picked it up, it was sorta late and in a hurry, we inspected the item at home only to find it was ruined.
