Love this place! The breakfast crepes are so good it makes it hard not to come here every day. My friend and I have come here several times and the food has always been great and the staff is very attentive. I’ve started sneaking over by myself a few times when the crêpe cravings get out of control… They messed up my order one time and were very swift and apologetic in fixing it right away. Now, they remember me and know my order when they see me(the Sunrise Crepes). My friend also raves about the coffee.

I’m going to get right to the point. Today was my first and last time eating here. I was at a table with two others. As we were sitting there drinking our coffee two other guys came in and sat in the booth directly in front of me. They sat down the waitress gave them two glasses of ice water. Once looking at the menu the men decided to leave. The waitress took the two glasses of water and placed them on the counter in the back-visible to myself and my sister. We waited to see if she was going to discard them, to our surprise she didn’t. She gave them to another two guest without blinking an eye. Needless to say this was our first and last time eating at «Flip It Café»

I liked the fluffy pancakes but had to ask for more butter. The syrup option is like IHOP because it used to be one recently, so was nice to be able to switch the flavors up. The service was great! The bathroom had sewer gas problems though. I couldn’t breathe and it made me gag so much. Please make sure to talk to a plumber.

Food is flavor less. Eggs are watery, potatoes are frozen out the bag please do not waste your time or money just go to Ihop or Dennys up the street. And i hate Dennys and Ihop so that speaks volumes!

Honestly prefer Flip It over the Ihop that used to be here. Very similar but the menu looks more unique. Had a standard breakfast plate and it was delicious. I would definitely go again and try something else.

So disappointing, food same, service bad. How can you get bacon & eggs wrong. They have changed nothing including dining set up. Make sure you ask questions as they really don’t know what hot means.

Place is a bootleg IHOP and that’s sad considering how basic IHOP is. They really should strive for their own identity cuz this looks pitiful. The food was very whatever. The beauty of small business in a community is that it’s supposed to give you a feel of the community. This is basically like a wanna be IHOP but not as good because there are waaaaay fewer options. I’ll probably never come here again. The owners aren’t Black so it’s not like we’d be supporting or contributing to the Black economy. I feel no obligation to return.

I ordered a T-bone steak breakfast yesterday morning, and asked for boiled eggs as my option for eggs. Unfortunately the inside yolks were green. I informed the manager that I thought they might’ve been too old. She replaced it with a glass of OJ. Steak was delicious. I would still return.

A revised IHOP, but better and not a chain. Support small businesses! Had scrambled eggs with turkey bacon and turkey sausage, English muffin and 3 pancakes. My friend had a Chicken caesar salad. It was delicious! We ended it off with a Deep Fried Cheesecake.

It was ok. Might as well be iHop. Same ish really. Took forever to bring us water and a cranberry juice. But coffee was there just the way iHop does it. It’s fine for a quick bite if you’re looking for a arrange breakfast.

Same place, same food, same service, leaves a pot on the table a plus for me. If you like ihop ok. I prefer a more down home style.

10÷18÷15 Sunday Morning Breakfast* As I pulled into the parking lot I instantly got lost. I was looking for the IHOP sign which is gone. I asked the security guard what happened and he responded by saying the owners were no longer franchise with IHOP but that the food and employees were still the same. I proceeded by parking my vehicle and entering the Restaurant that is now called Filp it Café. The inside of the restaurant is very narrow to me and small. So if it ever gets crowded inside it’s going to be very tight. I have no complaints at all. My food was so good. My waiter was well mannered. They even sung Happy Birthday to the person I brought with me, cause it was her birthday. I also met the owner and her husband and they were so nice. Everyone should try this Café. It’s worth it.

I would say this place is a step up from the IHOP that once was there. The menu is a bit different, and the food isn’t your average egg, bacon, and pancake combo. it is all individually sold. However, once you get through the menu, the food is good! Things to def try upon arrival: Meat omelette, Nutella crepes, chile verde omelette, chicken and waffles, mango lemonade, and the pancakes! 80 $ for a party of 4 is a somewhat reasonable, although we weren’t used to paying so much for breakfast because IHOP and Denny’s were no more than 45 – 50. But you get what you pay for, which is delight! The cherry on top is the welcoming and kind hearted owners that go above and beyond for their customers! I will def be back!

This place is great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile. 2 seconds later, literally, we were taken to our table. The waiter took our drink orders and they came very quick. And the the breakfast. It was so fast to come out and I was skeptical but yummy yum yum is all I gotta say.

Not bad, a former IHoP that seems to have kept the same menu and the even the same syrup dispensers. The breakfast was average, service was middling. It would have been fine, although there are two cheaper and similar places across the street, and this place is driving distance from the Rusty Pot and the Serving Spoon, two of the best breakfast places in the South Bay. They should do alright if they reduce their prices, which are on the high end for a diner.

Formerly known as IHOP, this little spot is our pit stop on the way to work… the menu is still similar to IHOP’s, just a name change. Its a quiet spot to start your day!

Great little spot that used to be an I-Hop. Its on the way to work and the spot is the perfect per work stop. Quite and they have good service. The best thing about this spot is that if you get there early like pre 7:30am you have the place to your selfs. It is my new weekday breakfast spot.
