Negative: once you pay for your item they could care less about you. Their service is horrible and after my box spring and mattress was delivered I found my box spring was broken on the inside. I called them on Saturday to come and pick up the items and they said I had to wait until Monday to talk to someone. They could not give me an approximate pick up time and when I called back they put me on hold several times because they said other people were coming In the store and they had to help them. Very unprofessional.
Recommendation: I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Please support other businesses that care and are professional!

Oh my the best place to get your furniture. I got bunk bed, twin and full and also mattress for myself. They have the best service. and Robert was the guy that I bought the bed from. He delivered it himself with another guy with him. This place doesn’t bs. promised time was 11 – 1 and they got here between that time. I’m so happy. I highly recommend this place. And the price is reasonable

Yes, the furniture is quality and mostly affordable (especially if you’re making payments), but our recent purchase resulted in a bed bug problem. Both sets of the wooden bunk bed frame and a full frame with head board were infested. But, hey, if you have no problem with a being bitten, or your 4 year old complaining of «bettle bugs» then by all means buy from this place!

Seriously the worst service ever! They are not consistent at all with giving customers the RIGHT information. They don’t follow up when it comes to delivery and NEVER keep you updated if your furniture is actually in the store or not. I seriously don’t recommend buying from these people!
