I was introduced to Arnold Zimberg clothing via Groupon. The company tried to charge me full price when using the Groupon discount — and we’re not just talking about a mistake here… After I submitted a fraud claim against them, AZ representatives tried to use a unilaterally produced receipt to say that I somehow agreed to the charge. Nice try though… On Sept. 15, 2011, my bank found them liable in the dispute. And the ironic beauty through all this — and perhaps more importantly — was that the shirt didn’t even survive *one wash*. It’s paper thin material tore from a simple visit to the washing machine… I contacted AZ customer service about the tear — once using a posted email address that bounced-back/didn’t work, once using a telephone number where I was given another email address… I have never received a response. Value: F Quality: D Customer service: F Simple as that… These guys seem to have no interest in being a legit company. Unless you enjoy needlessly paying premium prices for average clothing and terrible customer service in case something goes wrong, avoid this business as if your health depended on it.
