Rude employee behind the counter; she would not allow exchange when their policy states that customers may exchange without wash. I then explained that the product had not been washed but she still would not allow it. The way she explained it was as if the customer takes a risk every time they purchase from their store. A swap meet would have better service than this establishment. ⁰⁄₅ would not shop here again.

I had a return because of the size. The young girl Wendy rolled her eyes and got pissed off about it. She was having a bad day and had a very ugly attitude. She went on to inform me, (getting more pissed off) that I could exchange only and that it HAD to be the exact same price. I finally asked if there were any other rules she would like to add? She shut up afyer that and I did my best to completely avoid her.
Everything in that store except for the exact same table was either under or over the price.
Needles to say because of the crap as attitude she gave me right from the start I will never set foot in there again. The clothing sizes on certain things are for toothpicks with no curves. I am a curvy size 26 or size 5 and the mediums were uncomfortable.
If your not in the mood to work that day, dont take it out on the customer.

Not bad stuff. They have a lot of sleepwear and hosiery. Goof for slippers, robes, tank tops etc.

Body Basics is a store for plain everyday needs. They sell things use as simple tank tops, socks, underwear, bras, sleepwear, and slippers. Things that you would wear on a day to day bases, and the prices are really affordable. This particular Body Basics is located in a small mall that is relatively average, that does not have many fancy stores, but most of them family owned. I do like to shop here because it is cheap for things that I will usually replace within a year or two. I do not buy their underwear, bras however… because I feel like they are very important, used everyday, and I would like to know they are good quality…
I like to get their sleepwear. They sell a set of Hello Kitty PJ’s for $ 15… which is an amazing deal. Super cute and will not break my bank. They have a good selection of slippers as well, fuzzy slippers that I like to wear around the house.
The only reason I am giving this store 3 stars… they do not have fitting rooms. At least when I asked for one, the did not allow me to try things on. The servie here is terrible. It seems like no one is working here. The other day, I was ready for my purchase and I waited around for five minutes to find an employee. She finally appeared from the back of the store. What was she doing not guarding the store? As I was at the counter, she was talking in spanish to another customer. Halfway through my transition, she walked away to help the lady to find her items, looking for matching leggings with the lingerie item she was holding. Talk about being rude. I understand customer service is big, but it is not okay to leave one customer unhappy to help another one.
The overall look of the store is just average. I would not walk into it if I did not see the cute sleepwear section the first time.
