If you really need glasses DO NOT go there unless you are willing to wait for them for months and months. I ordered and paid for my glasses on 9÷25÷2015, it’s 10/​31/​2015 now and still no glasses. My friend who went to LensCrafters was called to pick up her glasses within 2 business days. She also went to her eye exam the same day I did. I’ve called several times to this crapy office and they keep saying we will call you back with an answer. I never get a phone call back or the office manager is not available. I have private insurance, I don’t need to put up with this. Definitely do not recommend them, look for a different optometrist. If I could give them a negative 5 star review, I would. Never again will I put up with this.

I swear this place is a headache. I went in for my apt at 9am didn’t get to see the doctor until 10:20! On top of that I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my glasses in. (I’ve never had to wait for longer than a little over a week.) 3 weeks later they still don’t have my glasses in. I understand they are really busy & take medical which is why there is so many people all the time but come on, 3 weeks. I can’t even drive because I can’t see and call everyday for them, some of the staff is nice, but some act so nonchalant and don’t care about your issues. Glad to say I’m no longer going here. & I’d advise to anyone to go else where.

I came in for my yearly retinal eye exam. It was my first time here. The wait was about 30 mins. (Not too bad but I got a little impatient). The lady who did my exam was very nice but I think she could have done a better job checking my eyes while they were dilated. She literally took about 3 minutes to look into them. When I had regular insurance (not medi-​cal), my optometrist would take his time and make me look at every corner to take a better look into my eyes. I would not come here for another one of these.

Really good place to get glasses. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of frames including Oakley. These are my first pair. very happy with the correct prescription.
