Bugged me to get my deposit then never got me a proof which was promised in 5 days eventually after 15 days I called complaining and still got the run around eventually had to call my credit card to cancel charge dude doesn’t even deserve one star– if u expect a timeline — or expect a business to keep promise stay clear of this shop. Plenty of other places

The team at INKA is great. Not only are they dedicated to their work, but they are awesome to work with. I highly recommend them for all your screening, printing and embroidery needs.

This is the absolute WORST silk-​screen /​t-​shirt printing place in the Valley. One star is WAY too much praise for such a poorly run, non-​customer friendly place. First, they NEVER confirm orders — too much trouble — the girl at the front is WAY too busy eating and drinking. Secondly, they NEVER answer e-​mails to try to confirm the order or find out what’s happening with it. Then, expectedly, when you go in to get your printing materials (that you gave them to do your shirts), they hand them back to you without a hint of issue — kind of like saying, «Yah, we know why you’re here, so we’re not going to beg to try to get your business because we know it’s lost.» Which it is. RULE NUMBER ONE: Do your job, do it well, and customers will come — but if you don’t follow up, or do the work necessary, or have respect for your clients… then you’ll be a memory in your city rather soon… This place needs an enima. :) :)
