Slow service. Line out the door. Understandable but waited in line for 20mins plus. People got tiredbo waiting and left!

This location offers great service 95% of the time. Here and there you might get an employee who tries to help you but at the end of the day their actions are overruled by higher-​ups who don’t care about the end-​user. If you plan to go see someone at the bank I recommend Wednesdays or Thursdays since those are the days you’ll wait less. Their ATMs don’t give you problems 80% of the time but sometimes you get one that won’t have enough cash for your withdrawal or won’t take cash deposits.
