When the office calls and gives you directions the office is behind J.F.K. in the medical office not in the hospital, and not across the street from the hospital. You can call the phone number if you get lost and they will give you better directions. I got lost because it is to dark to see where u need to be. The staff which was 1 gentleman had 4 patients including myself, because I was late that put everybody else behind. The rooms appeared to be very clean until you got in bed to sleep and because you are hooked with all these wires you have to call to get up and use the restroom. My bed smelled like urine, but because I needed to get the test done ASAP, I let it go. I went home smelling like somebody’s urine, the water from the water dispenser smelled like algi, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. I gave a 4 star for the staff and his medical ability to take care of me during the night, I felt like he was with me all night because of my sleep apnea. He made me feel like I was the only patient. Thank you for that.
