I’ve been storing with this company for the last year and i must say its been a great experience. the staff is friendly and i’m always greeted with a smile. The property is always well maintained, if i had to complain about anything it would be the dirt that builds up in my storage unit, but what can i say we do live in the desert.

A storage place located near downtown indio between an industrial area and the barrio. Minimal security via a few cameras and low fences. Indifferent staff. We bought a brand new travel trailer and stored it in this location for less than 10 days when it was ransacked causing thousands of dollars in damage. Staff was more concerned with CYA with head office than helping apprehend the villains. We would have been better off parking on the street. Got a call today asking if there was anything else they could do. This implies they did more tha cash our check. They told us they had no problems for three years when we rented. I wouldn’t recommend this place but if you are desperate check the stats with Indio police and make sure your insurance is in good order. You have been warned!!!
