Went through the drive thru, order was confirmed. Pulled up to window and once again order was confirmed. Looked at receipt and order was wrong. I informed the lady working there and she once again confirmed what I had ordered, yet she did not seem to care that the order on the receipt was incorrect and that I was overcharged. I asked and she said it was«only like 60 cents». After she finally understood that I did not feel like giving them any additional money and that i was upset because she couldn’t comprehend that what she was doing was Stealing my money I just drove off and decided to call the customer service number on the receipt. Now let’s start with a more troubling issue. I called customer service and they asked for all of my personal information. I first wanted to make sure that none of that info was passed on to that store and the people I had the issues with, she guaranteed me that it would not. That it was merely for their regional or corporate office who would probably look into it tomorrow. TWO hours later the woman from that store called me back and gave me a half ass apology for messing up my order. She still didn’t understand that I was not upset about a wrong order, because my order was correct. I was upset that she thought it was okay to STEAL From customers. Really upset that the customer service gave them my number after I was assured they would not and for the fact that the woman from that store called me back. And these are the worthless individuals who believe that they should be making 15 dollars an hour!!!

Wow, staff is very rude and just unpleasant to be around like its painful to deal with people. I ordered my meal it came up correct on the screen for the drive thru and she repeated at the window it was wrong. I corrected her politely. Came home(I know I should of checked it) and it was the same order she repeated to me. I’m more upset how the ladies talk and treat the customers than anything else. Myself and a small group of friends went the night before and we were talked too in the same manner. I understand not liking your job, hey I’m the same boat but I don’t take it out on the people that keep my place of business open. I smile when I feel like screaming, just saying welcome to customer service!

I’m just going to get to the point. I’m not too interested in entertaining this experience. Went, service was not chipper enough for me, took super long, one bag short, no napkins or ketchup. And the fries were cold. That’s about it. Good night.
