Run, don’t walk past this location. Worst Wendy’s ever! They need to shut this location down! I attempted 4 visits to get a salad! They always had a weird excuse why I couldn’t get one! Twice they were out of salads, once their cash register was broke down, once their griddle was broke down for anything cooked! This place is a hot mess! I heard employes screaming and hooping and hollering(over the drive thru audio) What a joke for a business!

Recently visited this Wendy’s to scope out the environment, service, and product quality before applying for a job at this location. Although I wasn’t completely turned off from this Wendy’s, I do have more cons than pros. To point out the downfalls I experienced, I will tell you the story of my first and last visit here. Upon walking into the store I heard someone asking quite loudly, «How much are the wings?!» As I walked closer to the counter to order, I realized that this wasn’t a customer, but the individual working the front register. She said she would be with my momentarily… aka as soon as she and a few other coworkers were finished ordering their supper. POINTONE: While you are on the clock, my supper is more important than yours. When she finally stepped up to the register, she was still distracted by the coworker on the phone with the pizza joint. However she did manage to get my entire order. That is until another customer came up with a complaint about her receipt and the food she had just ordered. She immediately forgot I was there(still finishing my order) and asked the woman if she could help her. Once the customer explained her case of being overcharged the employee got rude with her. The employee told the customer that she would have to help her after finishing my order. POINTTWO: If you’re helping a customer. Finish helping them before you decide to help someone else. POINTTHREE: If you have disregarded point two by asking another customer how you can help them… DONOT accuse the second guest of interrupting you. When my food was up and I was more than ready to leave the employee(that took my order) put a bag or fries in my bag — which I had not ordered — so I kindly reminded her that I didn’t order a fry. With the manager standing only feet away she said. «Oh that okay. just take both.» Both referring to the chili and medium fry. OH.MY.GOODNESS. Never have I ever had such a stressful fast food experience. If you much stop here, go through the drive-thru so you do not have to witness all this craziness.
